    No dog walk isn’t cardio just steps , usually tick around 3k steps off on the walk

    One main walk in the am, the rest through out the day and if need to make any up will do a short walk around the block

    No direct cardio

    Check in day today for me

    Decided that we are going to run a diet / prep phase , diet and see where we are at getting near stage lean . Changes will come through tomorrow

    Hit legs and arms in the afternoon and had a productive session

    Another year older today !

    Usual morning routine no changes there no matter what day of the year it is

    Hit an upper session tonight and lifts still flying

    Check in day tomorrow

    Early start today

    Dog walk ticked off and coffee before a few client check ins

    Went to grab another coffee pre gym with the little ones to meet some fiends

    Hit legs at usual time and solid
    Session all lifts flying

    Rest day tomorrow

    If you can digest that amount then yeah go for it , personally I would have lower protein and increase the carbs

    Dog walk followed by a food shop and grab some meat from the butchers

    Finished evening off with more work and rest of steps
