    Rest day for me today nothing out of normal routine pretty quiet day

    Client work this morning

    Then went out for steps and coffee before getting a hair cut

    Food shop in evening

    Tomorrow will be upper

    Busy morning of work for me today

    Then usual routine of steps followed by 2 meals before hitting an upper session

    Session went
    2 sets of each

    Pec dec fly
    Shoulder press
    Close grip press
    Lat row
    Pulldown single arm
    Abs

  • I would run a small diet doesn’t have to be for long but will allow you to
    Increase appetite and push on further

    Check in day for me today

    Weight sitting at 122kg on average

    Little addition mast e 200mg increase as more test get a nipple flare up

    Normal morning of client work
    Legs this afternoon after two Meals and very decent session !

    Tomorrow will hit upper

    Rest day today for me

    Morning client work checked off followed by
    A day out with the little ones with an offplan meal in the evening

    Check in day tomorrow for me and back in the gym for legs

    Busy start to morning today

    Drove to London for family bbq as little ones birthday

    Few naps throughout the day as sleep wasn’t great last night

    Hit an upper session then home to relax for the rest of the day

    Will rest tomorrow as off out to legoland

    Little lay in this morning before a morning out with the little ones at trampolining probs not the best idea before legs but had to be done

    Leg session was very solid today

    Strongest i have been with no knee pains so thats a win

    It’s deffo normal when pushing food up and getting heavier !
    Offseason pushing up is harder than prep in my opinion but each time you push up it gets easier

    Yeah I’m fully clued on those points guys and I understand the roles that EQ and Nandrolones play when it comes to oestrogen. Just wondered what people are favouring in the absence/shortage of Mast. I’m guessing EQ from a E2 perspective but just wondered if anything else was popular just now other than that. Never liked the elevated red blood cell idea with EQ as it’s something I’ve suffered with using anadrol at moderate dosages before.

    Can either use eq or test and an ai

    Medtech seem to be producing mast and primo fine

    Plenty of mast prop around also

    Yesterday’s upper session has wiped me out today ! Slow start to the morning as didn’t get out to hit steps due to a busier work load

    will be taking a rest day today which will allow me to be fresher for legs tomorrow

    Will do a full update of food and PEDs tomorrow
