Morning usual routine today
Work Dog walk followed by coffee
Has to drop car off on way to gym to get windscreen repaired

Busy morning with the school run and client check ins
Trained a little earlier today so meal 1 and 2 were closer together than normal
Session was good , strength rising quickly so plenty more to come

Rest day today for me
Morning walk with the dog and then went out with family for lunch and coffee , took my meals with me

Up early this morning and then family came round in the afternoon
Fell asleep just before gym so trained a little later than usual
Had a solid leg session numbers progressed

Headed out to walk the dog but she as being stubborn and ran back home hahaa
Went and got some more chicken from the butchers and then picked the little ones up from school
Rest day so trying to be as active as I can after working all morning

Eating is how you grow ! If growing is the goal requires a surplus
Start adding more around pre and post training meals first
