Early start this morning
Client check ins boxed off then out for a longer dog walk to get ahead of steps
Went and grabbed a coffee and headed to the gym
Upper session felt good and stronger in chest press movements so starting to get strength back there now

Headed off to pca worlds show today as had two clients in bikini masters
Normal morning routine of steps and grabbing a coffee
Rest day from gym was needed as legs are feeling it and chest feeling a touch tender

Busy morning running around doing a few chores
Went for a coffee then went to Train legs
Increased the weight in most lifts today and felt good !
Will rest tomorrow as at pca worlds wit clients

Rest day today for me
Work boxed off this morning then an in person check in with client before heading out for the school run and then chilled this evening with the little ones

Usual morning set up
Client work then took the dogs out for a walk after meal 1
Trained upper after meal 2 as normal
Strength rocketing last couple of sessions now I can get back into th groove of things properly

Rest day for me today
Up early for client check ins then had to take the car to get serviced so continued on work in their waiting room
Headed to get a coffee and some steps
Chilled evening ready to hit upper tomorrow

Woke up extra tired this morning as didn’t get back from show until 1am but still up and got work done
Went and trained upper this afternoon and had a very good session
Chest felt strong so a good sign
Weight is down to 118.2kg so have pulled 4kg off in a week
Check in day tomorrow for myself
