Chilled morning today after a few bits of client work
Coffee followed by dog walk and then headed to take the little ones out . Rest day from gym and was needed afer yesterdays legs

2 clients on stage and peak week set ups for next weekend
Headed out after this for coffee and steps with the little ones and dog
Legs hit a little bit later than normal but got it done and had a solid session
Tomorrow rest day before legs Monday again

Another rest day for me
Not much to report
Appetite has been higher today as have found last few days dipped down abit
Reduced Reta to 2.5mg per week and seems to be better on appetite
Tomorrow will be legs at TBJp gym

Rest day today for me
Morning of client work before heading out to take the little ones to soft play and garden centre
Not built to be crawling around soft play so felt like a workout in itself haha
Tomorrow will rest again and then hit legs Saturday at TBJp gym

Woke up feeling a little more tired this morning but did some how manage to take my cpap off in my sleep most likely why
After finishing work headed to the gym for legs as was raining and no time to get steps in
Trained legs and then caught up on steps after

Trained legs today and pushing it a little more now with weight and so far so good

Chest feeling a touch sore so don’t want to slow anything healing down so will be cautious next session

Dog walk followed by coffee and then took them out for lunch
Trained legs after 2 meals today and felt good so went slightly heavier and everything felt spot on
