Morning of client check ins for me today
Drive back to Cheltenham took longer than expected so decided to take today as a rest day instead of rushing to try and fit a productive leg session in
Weight this morning was 122kg so
Starting to go up now which is what is neededTomorrow will hit legs again

Rest day for me today
Another morning of busy client work before heading out for steps and coffee
Appetite was down today a touch and feeling very tired , most likely from legs yesterday as hit them slightly harder than should have at this stage
Tomorrow will decide whether to hit legs again or take an extra rest day depending how I feel when I wake

Busy morning with client work today
Didn’t manage to get out and do usual morning steps as had to run a few bits and bob about along with laudrette and food shop
Had a very good leg session and very happy how strength was without any pain through chest !

As tempting as it is jumping onto your first cycle you’ll get a lot more out of it if you just hold off a few years more

Check in day for me managed to get some pictures taken this week as have more movement opening up without feeling like going to rip stitches
Went to train and flush about small amount of Arms calves and steps

Hey Nath, I had gyno surgery 3 weeks ago and was just wondering have you noticed any scar tissue?
I’ve been using bpc, tb500 and ghk-cu at 2000mg a day each but under one nipple I’ve got some really hard scar tissue.
Got any advice? Thanks!
Hi mate
Can be from the lipo there will be a fair amount there but can be broken down with massages .
I can feel some area which are hard around my chest but this will break down over time just will keep on top of massages after 3 weeks

Monday first day back in the gym post op
Legs was on menu , didn’t go overboard as don’t want to stretch the scarring
Busy morning of work , then trained before heading for a food shop in the evening
Today will rest as currently going to do 1 day on 1 day off training as not able to train upper just yet

It’s a good choice if can’t get any primo , try it see how you feel on it and adjust based if feel and blood work as will see e2 lowered from it

final rest day before heading back in for some legs won’t be anything crazy
Morning steps with a dog walk , took the little ones to the cinema so Napped in that time
Tomorrow normal routine back into training but will still run rest day food until check in Tuesday
