If looking to hold onto the tissue you built take a slow diet phase . Diet until you are happy with how too look . If scale weight is stalling and have used all the tools cardio low food ect then have a diet break before heading back into deficit

Morning of client work today
Followed by walking the dog and a coffee
Headed into town as needed to go Apple Store to change headphones as not working so got some steps in that way
Still no training
Pca show tomorrow so will go and support clients there

Morning of the usual routine , client work followed by dog walk
Had a nap in the afternoon as felt more tired then headed out for a cofeee and haircut
Finished the evening off writing up new plans and watching a film

Healing is getting better by the day

Rest day today for me
Sciatic pain this morning was another level but once got moving eased up a touch
Drove back to Cheltenham so means legs at TBJp tomorrow
Sciatica pain is the worse!

Surgey seems to be healing up pretty nicely and quick
Check ins boxes off this morning
Then steps followed by a cofeee and food shop
Napped in evening as felt more tired today
Same again tomorrow

Felt good to take a shower after surgery haha !

Rest of the day spent relaxing and hitting steps with a coffee along the way

2 days since surgery and have to say have been pain free so far !
Was able to take the bandages off today and clean around area .
First look at the stitches ect and seems to be pretty settled
So have been running daily
