Early start this morning weight was up at 121.4kg
8k steps boxed off first thing with the little ones
Hit legs are 2 meals as usual and everything progressed

Morning of client work before heading back up to Cheltenham for the weekend
Driving had a hypo which wasn’t fun but managed to get back in one piece

Then headed for a coffee and steps
Had a call about getting gyno removed so potentially looking at getting that done in 3 weeks
Trained upper after 2 meals and deffo seen strength pick up

Rest day for me today
Usual morning set up of client work followed by coffee and steps
Have changed cycle around a touch and reduced primo to 400mg and increased test to 400mg per week. Dip in labido and joint soreness (most likely from estrogen ratio)
Back in gym tomorrow for upper session

Slight dip in body weight on average over the week even with the increase in food and PEDs
Have increase food a little bit more today 50g carbs extra on both days nothing major
Morning client work
Then headed to the gym for legs still on reduced volume for now will start cranking it up a touch soon once recovery picks up
Tomorrow will take a rest day
