Wouldn’t say mast is strong enough to crash e2
I’ve ran 200mg test 2.4g mast e and had no issues with libido
All about trailing for yourself and seeing how you feel off it ratio wise

Would you mind sharing how much you pulled food down during this mini cut? I see you mentioned pulling drugs back to cruise but didn’t note any diet change or output. Would be curious to those changes during these periods as the composition looks solid.
Minicut wise
Td pulled calries to 3500kls
Rd 3200Didn’t need to pull anymore down than this through the minicut as body weight came down nicely and appetite picked up 3ish weeks in and out
Calories are back upto 4200 training days and 3700kls rest days

Rest day today for me
Travelled back to Cheltenham to spend weekend with the little ones
Weight was 119.9kg this morning
Food increase yesterday feels good so far

Weight sitting at 119.5kg this morning
Normal morning of client work before training
Had 2 meals and hit an upper session
Pressing has started to take a hit so joe and me decided to end minicut here and start pushing back up as body comp is in a good place
PEDs are back up as from tomorrow
300 test 500 primo usually use mast e but want to bring e2 down more with the primoFood is back up will write up fully tomorrow

Still running upper lower atm with training 4 x sessions a week . While in the cruise just pulled working sets down to 1 on leg days
Only just pushed calories back up today as had 4 week tidy up to reset appetite and now food up and PEDs back up will write it all on log
Reta wise started at 2.5mg per week and now Upto 3.75mg so far so good

I agree with hilly here , would opt for 5 iu novarapid and assess blood sugars then base it off that in future

Morning of client work

Legs was a very solid session everything felt smooth and no knee pain
