Usually morning of work for me today
Pushed meal 1 back slightly as had to go to the shop and get dogs some raw food
Still trained after 2 meals but just a touch later than normal
Solid session everything progressed

Then off to specsavers to pick up new glasses followed by a coffee and haircut

Normal routine this morning for me
Work steps coffee
Check in day for me few changes were made have reduced carbs slightly and increased fats to see if helps reactive hypos as bloods were at 2 post workout without any insulin
Leg session hit and still on reduced volume but strength and recovery is in a great place

Followed by a food shop and coffee
Trained after 2 meals as usual and hit an upper session
Pump was non existent but strength still up

Steps and coffee first thing then took the little ones out
Trained at normal time and hit reduced volume legs again (session on insta )
