    Morning of client check ins

    Then went out to get steps before heading to take the little ones out

    Trained upper after 3 meals today and didn’t train til evening

    Tomorrow will rest again

    Have also started retratutide as want to see how it sits

    Rest day today for me

    Usual morning set up of client work

    Coffee followed by an eye test as it was long over due

    Took the little ones out for dinner and then spent the rest of the evening relaxing

    Slight change to cruise dose so have moved test down to 200mg per week and mast to 300mh per week and gh down to 5iu

    Morning of

    Client work before pre gym coffee and a reduced volume leg session

    Knees are sore lately so will add some Bpc in as helped before

    Tomorrow will rest

    What signs prompted this flip in the dosages of the compounds for cruise after only a week?[/quote]
    Been having a nipple flare up and want to pull out tamoxifen but will most likely replace the mast with primo as will pull e2 more

    New low today after pulling food down slightly

    122kg upon wake

    Usual routine of work this morning before heading out for a coffee and some steps

    Hit an upper session and felt strong as even with the weight drop

    Offplan meal this evening

    Tomorrow back in for legs

    Chilled on with a family bbq , still stuck to my
    Normal meals

    Knees are sore from yesterdays session so have tried to keep moving as much as possible to keep everything circulating

    Later session for me today as was out most the day with the little ones so decided to train after 3 meals

    Reduced volume legs

    1 set of each exercise

    Seated ham curl
    Hack squats
    Db rdls
    Single leg press
    Adductor
    Calves

    Busy morning with work today for me

    So usual set up for a rest day

    Steps and coffee then went swimming with the little ones

    Food shop done this evening

    Tomorrow will be back in with reduced volume on legs as now in a cruise phase have reduced the volume in lower session
