Normal morning of work check ins for me
Then went to hit legs in the heat ! Was a struggle but everything felt stronger which again is a good sign
Checked in with Joe and have decided to pull back a touch due to appetite
Not being high and to drop into a cruise phase while we tidy upWill now be running 300mg test per week and 200mg mast e per week

After a busy weekend back to normal routine for me
Check ins boxed off this morning , then out for a walk to get some steps in before meal 1
Had 2 meals and then trained upper . Was meant to train with a client today but cancelled so solo session for me
Solid pump with upper and strength increased
Tomorrow legs is on the cards

Would always count the amount you have per day , factor into your total calories / macros for the day
I would say have fruit or veg with every meal

Busy day yesterday at sisters wedding so was a late one for me out of normal routine
Today has been pretty chilled , food and steps ticked off and spent time with the kids
Tomorrow will be back in for upper

Busy day yesterday as had sisters wedding run through in the evening which meant had to fit work and training in slightly earlier but got it done
Will take two days rest down over the weekend but have hit 4

Hit an upper session today and felt strong all lifts progressed
Tomorrow I would usually rest but hitting legs as won’t be able to train Saturday

Rest day for me today
Morning of client work this morning
Then headed out to town to try and find and shirt and shoes for my sisters wedding this Saturday
No luck with the shirt so will have to try a suit shop tomorrrow slight panic haha shouldn’t leave it til last minute

Usual morning setup
Up and out for a 10 mins walk to get some fresh air then time to get stuck into client check ins
Grabbed and coffee after first meal then had another before training legs
Checked in today also and 200kls increas on training day and non training days
Also have ordered cpap machine

If having more carbs around your training window can add a small amount in then when food gets higher can take the nova up . Make sure blood glucose is monitored and know the risks before

Busy Monday morning of work for me today !
Trained at my old gym body heat today for a change of scenery (very old school gym)
Upper session was solid and numbers progressed just didn’t feel as pumped or full as usual
Weight this morning had dropped down to 121.6
