    Usual Saturday morning set up

    A few check ins then was time to take the little ones out

    Trained legs after 2 meals and was a solid session the the pre gym nap helped !

    I would reset for 10-14 days and can be quite agressive with Calorie drops to reset appetite

    Not the best night sleep as felt wired when got into bed so later start to work This morning

    Travelled back up to Cheltenham. And will hit legs in TBJp gym tomorrow

    Have you brought protein down? That appears to be pretty low. I think you may be the most muscular human on that amount of protein 😳. Is that for digestive reasons? Just all that’s required? [/quote]
    Want to make sure digestion is good while pushing up and always worked well when protein is lower , still gaining nicely

    Trying to get a better routine upon morning wake and instead of heading straight for work get up a touch earlier and get out for some steps and fresh air

    Will give Semax a trial aswell

    Tomorrow back in for upper

    If taking it first thing you want to try and fast for a few hours after taking it to get full benefit , I’d just stick to taking it all pre bed both training day and on training day

    Really solid session today for legs

    All numbers up again and strength is flying

    Weight sitting around 123 on average now which is moving in the right direction

    Tomorrow will rest and do the usual

    Solid day today ticked off

    Morning work done and then went for some steps before meal 1

    A few reactive hypos today so have been keeping a close eye on how things are with blood sugar levels across the day

    Upper session ticked off and stronger across the board

    4 x session a week are deffo a benefit

    Day out with the little ones , trampolining and trip to the park . Steps got hit pretty easily

    Tomorrow back to full work routine and then hitting an upper session in afternoon

    Holidays and allow time to increase baseline food so not rebounding after eating on holiday massively
