Rest day today for me
Day out with the little ones , trampolining and trip to the park . Steps got hit pretty easily
Tomorrow back to full work routine and then hitting an upper session in afternoon

A nice relaxed start to the day today , had some extra sleep so felt energised
Took the little ones out first thing before heading to the gym and training legs
Pump was on another level today even after the first set of hamstring curls
Tomorrow will rest and reset ready to start again Monday

Busy start to morning today
