Yeah I’m fully clued on those points guys and I understand the roles that EQ and Nandrolones play when it comes to oestrogen. Just wondered what people are favouring in the absence/shortage of Mast. I’m guessing EQ from a E2 perspective but just wondered if anything else was popular just now other than that. Never liked the elevated red blood cell idea with EQ as it’s something I’ve suffered with using anadrol at moderate dosages before.
Can either use eq or test and an ai

Yesterday’s upper session has wiped me out today ! Slow start to the morning as didn’t get out to hit steps due to a busier work load
will be taking a rest day today which will allow me to be fresher for legs tomorrow
Will do a full update of food and PEDs tomorrow

Hit legs yesterday , wasn’t the best session as sciatica was playing up but pushed on and got done what I could
Rest day today for me and it’s deffo needed

Good start to the week today in the upper session felt full as and strong !
Morning started off with the same routine as always client check ins followed by steps
Ate 2 meals and trainined
Deep tissue work this evening also as a few niggles

I usually go around the line at the bottle top with a Sharpe knife and it makes it easier to pop

Rest day for me today woke up weight sitting at 122.5kg
Early start as had a day out with the little ones and wanted to take them out before the heat picked up !
Chilled after with a few house chores

Restless night sleep last night because of the heat !
Woke up feeling cloudy but a morning walk and coffee soon sorted this
Time with the little ones this morning after a few check ins then off to train legs
Solid session even though was sweaty but one of the best ones I’ve had in a. While

Usual morning routine for me today
Decided to train after 3 meals and let the heat die down a touch as the gym I was training at is like a green house
Solid session with strength up
Nova rapid in pre and and post
Tomorrow will rest as driving back to Cheltenham
