Busy Monday morning of check ins for me today
Headed out for a cofeee and steps after as hadn’t moved much since morning
Got in the gym around 7pm today so was busier than usual . Joint a touch sore when pressing will see how I feel in the morning and decide whether to train or not

Rest day For me today and a trip out with the little ones
the plan going forwards will be to train one day on one day off as feel a lot better that way !
Tomorrow will train in the evening after 3 meal as a few appointments to Atend at usual training time

Chilled morning for me today
Had a little lay in as felt extra tired
Got up went out for steps and then a few client check ins
Trained a little later as woke up later but got it done and smashed legs
Tomorrow I will rest again

Another day done
Rested today as was a busy one and had plenty of driving to do
Everything has been nailed steps food water intake
Even when having long drives will always make sure steps are hit along with food

Hi guys
Very busy day today
Morning work then school run and the back to finish off work
Trained upper after 2 meals
Then back for school run
Tomorrow will rest as usually would be a leg day but driving to London plus work ans school run will make it a rushed session so would rather rest and train Saturday without the stress

Rest day today more me
Woke up feeling a little foggy but once up and moving felt better for it
Check in feedback yesterday was to add more food in so another 60g carbs on training day and 40g on a rest day . This is because weight hasn’t budged and pressing strength starting to stall

Another solid day checked off
All client work boxed off this morning before going to get a hair cut and coffee
Legs in the afternoon which wasn’t the best session ive had as training in a gym with no aircon isn’t fun but got it done

I would always take post workout with me just incase get stuck in traffic or delayed time home then have peace of mind you aren’t panicking about it being late

Busy morning with client work and consult calls
Then headed out for some steps
Had two meals then trained upper
Solid session everything progressed
