I only log my Working sets , warmup sets aren’t meant to be fatiguing just simply to get a feel of the weight working upto your top set

After yesterdays rest day , good to be back in the gym today
Client work boxed off this morning
Then drove back up to Cheltenham to pick the little ones up from school then it was off to train upper
Will hit legs tomorrow which atm really enjoying training them as went through a phase of not enjoying it as much

Very happy with today leg ssssion
Numbers are flying atm and strength is already at an all time high
Cybex hack squats today always a hard movement
Adjusted cycle this morning as nipple a touch sensitive

Weight sitting at 119.2kg this morning so up a touch after offplan
Checked in with Joe today and made a small adjustment of adding more intra carbs in on training days

Well earned rest day today
Scale weight this morning was down to 118.5kg
Usually set up for the morning of client work and the heading out for a coffee
Ended the evening with an offplan meal

Agree with kamara on this one , wouldn’t mess with water just a small carb top up over 2 days then pull back the day before

Hit an earlier leg session today and trained after meal 1
Session was really good and strongest I’ve felt on that rotation
Session Went as follows all 2 working sets
Bicep curl
Leg ext
Laying ham curl
Rdls on belt squat
Single leg press
Adductors
CalvesRest tomorrow and will get a deep tissue massage

I’d opt for more test than mast as the guys above have said depends on how much you aromatise

A few check ins and client plans checked off first thing this morning
Then took the dog and kids to the park before it got too hot
Upper session was a sweaty one in this heat but still happy with how the session went

Better session today for legs
Gym was less busy and was able to
Keep intensity up through session . Strength progressed on all liftsFew client sets up in the evening before food prep
