Woke up sitting at 119.2kg this am
Food was increased yesterday and hasn’t seen a. Massive jump up today
Normal client work this morning then headed out for a coffee and food shop
Trained after 3 meals today as wanted to go when it was abit cooler
Session wasn’t the greatest but got it done think because gym was so busy threw me off
Tomorrow will hit legs

Rest day for me today
Woke up and felt like to was deffo needed , legs were feeling heavy so went out to get some
Steps in to get blood flowingBack for client work then went into town to get a coffee and haircut

Have decided to pull the dieting phase as appetite is back

Busy morning with client check ins today
Then travelled to ripped gym Basildon to train legs with a client and had a solid session . Same

Very chilled day today for Father’s Day
Prepped food this morning and decided to train abit later so could spend time with the little ones
Hit an upper session and felt very strong even if it was 8pm when training

After a 24 week blast I would recommend just running test only you will still maintain muscle aslong as food and training is kept on point . Wouldn’t recommend cruising on eq

Rest day today for me
Slow start to the morning but woke up an weighed in at a new low 118.3
Felt battered also upon wake so the rest was needed

It is probably as it is a quick digestive carb and spiking bloods sugars quickly then dropping them
Try eating something instead of drinking it . Cor is a good option
