    Rest day today for me and deffo need it

    Woken up with an eye infection so body is deffo under stress as this is a sign for me

    Will see how it is in the morning and asses to see if take an extra day to let it recover

    So decided to hop back on board with Joe as is someone I work well with

    Legs was on the menu today and solid session for me

    Stronger each session and numbers flying up even with the current deficit

    Will rest tomorrow and drive back to Cheltenham

    Will be trial and error but I would and for clients myself keep protein and fat first thing then use carbs around training and pre bed

    Up early with the little ones and then headed off to the 2bros show in wales

    Food and steps hit pretty standard rest day but just with a little more driving

    You want faster digestion around the the workout of what you have eaten

    Trained legs after 1 meal as had a few things going on in the afternoon and was only time I’d get to train

    Session went

    Cybex hack
    Db rdls
    Split squat
    Adductor
    Calves

    Morning of client work before driving back from London to Cheltenham

    Upper session ticked off today after 3 meals and was another very solid session
