Busy Sunday today for me
Early start then took little ones to cinema and then went to grab a coffee before eating my pre gym meal
Trained legs today and had a very good session
After legs had a deep tissue massage as was long over due

New low of 120kg this week so things are still moving nicely in the current diet with set up

I would pull down body fat a touch more before entering a growing phase . The leaner the start point the more room to be able push food up over a longer period of time

Woke up slightly earlier than normal today before alarm so got up and started check ins
Boxed those off this morning and then went to do a quick food shop and grab a cofeee before heading off to train upper
Trained at bodyheat gym today so session was quick as a small gym
