Some take a few weeks break completely before starting their pct to allow them to clear out slightly
I personally just drop dosage down to trt after pushing cycle

Morning of client work ticked off this morning before heading out for steps .
Had to grab a few bits of food from the shops also before training today so grabbed a coffee while out also
Hit an upper session then home to finish off new Client starter plans

Rest day today for me
Nothing out of routine the usual client work checked off this morning and then headed out for a coffee and haircut
Took the dog for a walk this evening to get in steps
Tomorrow will train upper with the usual set up

Not much change to todays morning set up of work
Had as long as needed to train legs today so was a very solid session everything felt stronger
Appetite since dropping calories last few days has increased massively but this is the plan to get really hungry as appetite was struggling
Tomorrow will be a rest day

Busy morning for me today with client work
Grabbed a coffee and then headed to the gym for an upper session . Didn’t have as long as normal to train so rest between was shorter , still a solid session and all numbers were up
Tomorrow will hit legs

Rest day for me today
Have decided to start a small pull back and tidy up a touch before pushing on as appetite and digestions was struggling along with tiredness
Plan is to pull a good few kgs off get hungry and then push back up
Will update with food plan tomorrow

Doesn’t need to be after every meal but can help with a few small walks per day especially when food is high .

Offseason is deffo getting tougher as go to bed tired and wake up tired. A good few naps in the day are needed
Trained a little later than usual today and had 3 meals instead of 2 but was a solid session and everything is progressing
Tomorrow will rest and take the little ones out for the day
