Rest day for me today
Not much sleep last night as went bed later than planned so still got up at the same time
Client work ticked off then drove back to Cheltenham for the weekend

Same as usual today for me
Wake up client work ect
Went to train legs after 2 meals and then came home ate before heading out for a food shop
Tomorrow will be rest day

Early start for me this morning
Woke up around 5 and was wide awake so started the morning then
Client check ins and then went for a walk to get some steps in before heading out for a cofeee
Trained at my old gym today bodyheat for an upper session and had a solid session.
Tomorrow will hit legs

Uncooked is the most accurate way , rice cookers aren’t expensive and can chuck the amount of rice you need for the day in there and divide between meals

I prefer tablets as the liquids drops never know the correct dosages

Not much to report today the usual routine
Get up and start client work . Then out for steps before first meal
Went and got a coffee with my pre meal today and then hit a leg session
Have added in bpc and tb500 as knee pains don’t seem to be shifting so will hopefully help
Went straight in with 5mg of tb and 500mcg twice per day

Very chilled day for me today
Didn’t eat first meal until midday as had a slower morning
Went for a walk then headed to train upper body
Spent the evening with the family

I would put food around your training windows instead of intra if deep in a diet as hunger will be higher

Solid training sessions today for me for Legs
Had to change rdls for a different variation as all smith machines were in use
Had post workout food and then drove to Cheltenham to spend the weekend
