If having an offplan in the offseason what I tend to do is pull last two meals of the day and replace with a small meal of choice . Main thing to remember is you don’t want to binge or go over board and not mess digestion up for your meals the next day . Pick something that sits well .

Rest day for me today
Travelled to the Nabba south east show today as had client in the masters over 55 class (he won )
The home to bed as feeling very ill and ran down . Slept as much as I could then woke up had an offplan back off to sleep I go see how I feel tomorrow to determine if I train or not

Woke up feeling slightly bunged up , thought it was hay fever but as day went on and after legs felt a lot worst . Deffo cold/flu so will take a full day rest Sunday Monday to allow myself to recover and see how I feel

Another day with the same routine as normal
Wake up , client work then out for steps before meal 1
Trained upper today but feeling a touch ran down think a cold is brewing as nose is blocked
Will assess see how I am in the morning as tomorrow is meant to be legs

Rest day for me today
Very tired upon wake so the rest is well needed
Work checked off in the am and then went to a coffee and haircut usual rest day routine

Very person dependant , usually tend to run lower carbs on rest day as not as many are needed as not training .

Busy morning for me today !
Client work boxed off and then a quick food shop this morning
Came back prepped my meals for the day and then headed to train abit later than normal but had a solid leg session
Knee still not 100% right leg ext seem
To be the cause so took it light and higher reps on this movementFinished the night off going to a Shisha bar

Morning of client work for me this morning
Rest day from the gym so didn’t rush about , went into town got a coffee and then this evening headed out for an offplan meal

Legs today for me
Got up a touch earlier than normal as woke up and decided to get up and get the day started
Took the dog for a walk to get some
Steps in before heading for a coffeeThen went to train legs
