Woke up feeling like hadn’t slept this morning so was tired for most the day but still didn’t slow down training progression

Back in the gym today and started the week of with an upper session

Tbar row 2 sets 5-10 reps
Incline smith press 1 set 5-10 1 set 8-12
Pulldown 1 set 8-12 1 set triple rest pause
Cable fly 3 sets 8-12
Bicep curl 1 sets 8-15 1 triple rest pause
Tricep push down 3 sets 10-12 reps
Heaviest I’ve been upon wake and finding it pretty comfy atm 127kg upon wake today

Day 4 of the deload !
Body is feeling fresher and appetite is high
Deep tissue massage tonight to sort out my calf , seems looser and able to put more pressure through it so will keep the bpc protocol going in and not load too much through it when next train
