Leg day today for me
Opted for cybex squat for my squat variation as knees felt good
2 sets on this and both progressed since last time doing this
Check in feedback was to keep eveythjng the same this week as weight is around 2kg up on average which most is from the cycle being increase from cruise

Usual schedule today for me
Work , train . Hit a back session which felt really good today
This week since going back on cycle fully has seen body weight fluctuate a lot
Sunday was sitting at 127.4
Today was 126.8
Heaviest I’ve been and only just starting so means should have some added tissue by next year to the right areas

Chest and shoulders today for me
Went to see a doctor about glute being swollen so gave me a course of antibiotics but will hold off them for another few days as it is going down
Tomorrow rest day and it’s well needed

Another day of the same routine for me
Arm day today which is a pretty quick session for me completed in around 40 mins
Started a 200mg per ml primo which has given me quite a big lump on my glute so think it may have a slight infection which will have to ring doctors to get some antibiotics not ideal but it happens time to time

Couldn’t go as heavy on rdls today as sciatica causing a lot of pain but done what I could

Check in day yesterday for me and time to crank the cycle up
Every two weeks we will make small increments to increasing PEDs
Current cycle to start
Test 600mg per week
200mg primo + 200mg mast e per week
10iu gh daily split am pm
Rest day today for me and feel likes it’s more than welcomed after yesterday back session

Little regression with reps on first set of pressing but everything else beaten
Check in day tomorrow for me so we will be creeping up the cycle from the current cruise
A few more check ins to complete this evening from overseas clients and then tomorrow will be a new day

Having slight sciatica pain last few days which isn’t ideal but not much can do. Seems to come and go throughout each offseason

Appetite has been crazy high all week and this was the aim of pulling back slightly so extra 90g carbs and 5g fat added to baseline diet
Next week will take a bump up on PEDs to 1000mg total and then start the push up again

270lbs upon wake this morning so weight is holding nicely
Appetite is cranking but I see this as positive as plenty more room to push up and grow
Legs today for me All was going well until first set of leg press and had a slight twinge / pop in tear drop on quads so wrapped up and went higher rep set . Will see how it is in the morning and most likely put some tb & bpc in

270lbs upon wake on average this week
Week 2 into 300mg test and feeling alot fresher for it
Appetite is cranking up with the small reduction of food and training performance is holding in the gym and still progressing
Back is on the menu today with barbell rows in this rotation
Final session of this week and tomorrow will be a rest day
