Evening guys! 340lbs this AM got an extra shake in today to make up for the night drop over the Arnold’s weekend: appetite wasn’t fantastic but as expected and this point. I’m only here another couple of weeks he it will be time to pullback and begin prep.
Great push session today. Volume was at its highest and I’m ready for a rest tomorrow. Been toying with other the idea of going to a 2 on 1 off split rolling. Posterior push legs upper. I’ve wrote it up and will discuss with Cal.
I just feel I would like to bring a little more frequency to my chest as I struggle with volume in 1 session due to my shoulders issues and previous pec injury.

I like what hilly has done here. Very similar to what I would do.
tamoxifen for potential increase in aromatase from HCG
What I also like is to bridge with an oral like anavar or Tbol whilst the test clears.
Clearance should be a little quicker with prop so 3 weeks would be fine.
There’s also the option to add Proviron in too at 25mg to manage oestrogen and increase libido

Yes keep your arms locked (not straight) but locked in position with a slight bend at the elbow. But from that position there should be no flexion at the elbow. That’s why you’re getting a bicep pump.

Back to it today after a long weekend at the Arnold’s!
339.5lbs this AM 7lbs down from Saturday which is mental but I had 3 rest days and did 40k steps over the weekend which is madness for me.
But today’s session went very well regardless from a strength & performance standpoint. So I’m buzzing!
Will be getting the food back in over the next 2 days and weight should be back up a touch.

Arnold’s weekend done. Over 40k steps done. Weighed in at all time heaviest Saturday AM by Sunday PM not fasted I was down 2lbs from that weight. So tomorrow I will be down.
Back to it with a big week this week!
Awesome weekend though. Met some fantastic people and I feel very motivated after watching the show

Day 1 at the Arnold’s….woke up all time heaviest weight 346.6lbs good timing as I’ll probably be done after this weekend.

Evening guys! Late one this evening as we have been at my friends wedding all day.
Got up took the dogs for a good walk. Did 8 check ins the set off to stoke. I had meal 1 as usual, took a chicken and rice and cream of rice meal with me, then had the food at the wedding which was lamb dinner, and chocolate brownie for sweet.
I had a shake when I got in to round of the days food. Ready for the Arnold’s tomorrow. Defo needing a couple of rest days my social battery will be fully burnt out after this weekend

Train as frequently as you can recover from buddy. If the total volume of twice per week is too much then there may be too much in each session.

Back/Delts/Arms today
Bit of a mix of my next 2 sessions as I have trained 4 in a row. I never learn. Last time I did 4 or 5 in a row it wrote me off. But I have 3 days rest now due to being at a wedding tomorrow and the Arnolds this weekend. So It’s a nice rest.
But this week has been a mega week for performance. Best Ive had in a while so very promising that I can keep progressing into prep.
SA nautilus row x 2 – 75.5 x 14, x 13
SA granite pulldown x 2 – 4.5pps x 13, 5pps x 11 (after seeing Jordan’s yesterday I can defo run this up to 5.5 potentially 6)
Watson TBAR x 2 – 5pps x 12, 4pps x 18
Prime dual pulldown x 2 – 130 x 10 x 9 – 85 top 45 middle
rear delts & side delts superset x 4
SA high curl & SA tricep pushdown x 42 rounds of posing! job done!

Busy busy day……
Up this AM dog walk and then travelled to Birmingham for a podcast with Pheebs which was really good and fun filming.
I promised myself I would say yes to more things. Put myself in uncomfortable situations and this will help me grow as a person. So I am happy to be doing these.
Back to Ultraflex for Legs which I wasn’t massively feeling I had a little nap in the car on the way, and becuase it was 3rd day in a row and I was slightly out of routine, But I nailed my DNFM had 5 mins on the bike to warm up and I really got into my groove from the off. Best session of the year to date performance wise for legs.

Push today. Felt a little fragile through the shoulders today, still made some nice progress. But things where I need to stay on top of treatment and not get carried away with loading as my shoulder starts breaking down.
Other than that pretty solid. Elbow tendinitis was giving me a little grief but loads better so the bpc is working
