The guys have covered this never something I’ve had an issue with. Pro/fat meals around flying if needed and plenty of fluid. You could always get flight socks if you were really concerned but movement and water is going to be all you need

Rest day today and we went to watch the PCA first timers as my coach who works under me put his first client on stage today as a junior bodybuilder……he went on to win the overall so an awesome day for the team.
Pre prep starts Monday I can’t wait for food to be dropped and drugs to be dropped for a little break from both.
Waiting on plans from Cak then I will update you

Evening guys. Legs today. Really good session. I wasn’t feeling it as much as normal today. I fell asleep in the car on the way to the gym. I’d not got my normal lifters with me. And my tiger balm had run out.
So just a few things mentally that I’m normally pretty OCD with I hadn’t got. So I had to really turn it on.
Leg press progression even though I took a plate less, I had normal trainers on and didn’t feel quite as stable as arming up so took 10 plates instead of 11.
Took 13 great reps which is 3 up from a few weeks ago. Then 9 pps for 18 failed the 19th this was a grueller but another rep and a half up.
A little work this evening but I was toast so watched a film with pheebs and now it’s bed time. 🥱

Evening guys….great upper session today at UF derby. Still in my groove with training. Feeling a little tight and sore but as expected. Appetite is flagging a little I’m really ready for food to be lowered. And just drop a little stress. Even though body comp is still good. I’m just ready to get peeled now. I am always so much more productive.

I think the guys have nailed it here. I usually incorporate 1 free meal for my guys in off season or in a diet phase if there not in prep. Have the night before a weaker body part day as hilly suggest. As long as you’re not taking the piss. You can 100% still make progress at a good rate. And not feel guilty.

I usually get them to swap just 1 meal initially once per week, depending how weight is trending or stalling with this concept I may opt for 2 meals swapped out. Well needed rest today was absolutely smashed had a couple of naps, a sports massage. Taken the dogs for a walk and done some laptop work. Back to it tomorrow!

Posterior today. Felt a little tired today. Off season feels. But got some DNFM down me and had a good session. Trained with George today as my training partner had something on and was a great session. Touched new weight on SLDL just need to be a little tidier before moving up again!
Rest day tomorrow and will be making the most of chilling 🙌

Ive never had this inconsistency before buddy. When I put tren in, I know it’s in. Sounds like if you were consistent with all other variables then maybe a inconsistency with lab quality

340.8lbs this a little drop after the weekend 2 rest days and a few more steps from the show. But I feel good going in to this last week of off season.

Evening guys a double post today as it’s been a busy first weekend with clients competing at the 2bros events.
I trained legs Friday and travelled straight down afterwards. 2 hours in a car after legs ain’t good but we did what we needed.
Legs was a class session and took progressions across the board.
I’m having a little play around with my split so letting Jordan have a look and a little play around with anything that’s needed.
Clients did well today classic physique class D runner up for Charlie in strong class Musso g out narrowly your very own Joe Ballinger!
And bikini class E win for Sophie who battled in the overall condition was the sharpest on stage point but a little out muscled in the glutes with some more seasoned girls. So we will aim to bring a fuller package to the pro qualifier and see where we land.
Last week of offseason next week for me and much I’m excited about

Upper today….As I have moved to a 2 on 1 off split so legs will be tomorrow with a rest weekend this weekend ready to get stuck into the full new split as of next week.

SA preacher x 3A long session but a very nice session. Dont think volume will increase at all here, I will just swap in some different kit when the new prime kit lands at Derby.
Legs tomorrow and then travelling to Maidenhead for the first 2bros show of the year!
Had a chat with Cal about what the POA for the cruise phase and Im happy with the plans. Im ready to get peeled now. Ive missed the process.
