Leg day today! Had to take a detour half way to the gym due to a big traffic jam, ended up being a great session.

Very eventful morning this AM got up had a great sleep did cardio and cracked in with work. Then had to fly over to my nans family emergency.y auntie had been round to check in on her and no sign of her. She’s 96 and both doors locked from the inside curtains drawn. No answer to the phone or shouting through the letterbox. So I had to kick the door through.
She had fell over last night bless her and had been in the floor for about 15 hours. So we called the ambulance and shes in hospital abit banged up and she was delirious and freezing cold. So fingers crossed she’s ok.
Went in and trained this evening after finishing work off and had a good session. Took the dogs for a walk this evening. Ready to crack on again tomorrow!!

Rest day today…..
Felt absolutely smashed today after cardio and posing so a day of chilling and work was on the cards. Pulling 13.5lbs off in 10 days with performance still being high has hit me today. So a much needed recoup day of not doing much was very much needed.
I had a nap on the sofa too. And now I’m for an early night to crack on again tomorrow
328.6lbs today so 6lbs down in 2 days which is probably why I felt it a little today

Push today after another drop in BW 331.9lbs today.
Sport therapy and shockwave this morning and push this afternoon.
Session was really good and felt a lot easier after therapy. So was posing. Rest day tomorrow and a long day of laptop work.

The guys have nailed it here bud. I don’t think the majority of us thought about any of these things or at least I didn’t for the first 10 years of my training. I just went in and trained fucking hard
As Marc has stated you have a decent knowledge and understanding of what you should be doing, it’s hard not to now with all the content out there. But don’t get too bogged down with the stuff that you don’t need to yet.

Great start to the week for me. 334.4lbs this AM and holding for the last few days.
The team are killing it. Cardio and work boxed off. Great posterior session today without my shoulder playing up too much.

Nice rest weekend this weekend average weight of 336.4lbs down from 341.9 to 334lbs this AM
Feeling a lot fresher already this week. Shoulder has been giving me some real grief this last few days. May have to adjust the split again slightly as the extra pressing work is causing some issues,
So we will have a play this week. I have an appointment with the MSK clinic at the end of the month to assess and get some treatment hopefully some cortisone injections.
Ready for an early night and to get the week off to a flyer

336.4lbs this AM so another half a lb down. A visible shift in water from physique shots post-workout. I think we will continue to move to around 330lbs over the next couple of weeks and hopefully hold around here until drugs get reintroduced.
Midsection feels alot tighter already after 4 days with lower food volume, and productivity has increased already.
Had a little acid reflux the last couple of days so trying to get on top of that. But i can see appetite being back firing within a couple of weeks. Food is going down alot easier again. And gym performance is very good.
A successful week in the books so far!

It is for my knees. To be honest its more of a placebo I feel. It just warms my knees up now Im not using knee sleeves. And because Im a little OCD If I havent got it it just feels a little off mentally more than anything

Posterior today and a great session in the books.
Felt better having less food volume in my stomach pre gym that’s for sure.
Progress taken in SLDL and ham curls pretty much matched everything else with solid form. So a successful session.

Evening guys diet update from me as we pull food back and enter this pre prep phase.
The aim is to get appetite back firing pretty quick. As it had completely gone, reduce toxicity from pulling drugs down. And get in a nice spot for prep to start. Without sacrificing too much of a drop off in bodyweight, fullness and performance.
