So programming pull will depend on your split and recovery. But to keep things simple based on a needs basis, you probably need like most of us more of everything back related. I would Keep it simple
lat pull-down cable/machine
Lat or upper back row DB/BB/machine
Lat or upper back row DB/BB/machine
Upper back pulldown cable/machine
Shrug movement
Rear delt movemet
Bicep movement 1/2I would have 1 or 2 unilateral movements in there. A row and a pull-down if you struggle connecting with your back. Other than that should be pretty straightforward bud

Back up to 328.4lbs today. After GH went back in last night.
Push today a very solid session. Been a very productive run of training recently even with a little shoulder issue it didn’t put me back much at all. So we have kept moving forward nicely. Rest day tomorrow freshen up ready to go again!

Posterior today at the new be modified good session. I was up in weight on pulls but down a rep. I messed my breathing/bracing up I’m still trying to nail this. It will come. Patience and consistency. Rest of the session was up in load and reps. Weight was down to 326.4lbs this AM but I’ve had 4 days without GH so I felt the drop off in fullness from this. Got a restock today so we shall see how weight trends back up this week.

Very person dependant buddy. I have a client who’s peeled on stage and still has a fuller face. Striated glutes and fat cheeks. Take regan grimes for example. Stage lean and never has a lean face.

Rest day for me today and training tomorrow instead due to a new sofa being delivered and then going for lunch for a friends birthday
I had a 10oz fillet steak and calamari with some chunky chips my free meal for the week.
330.4lbs this AM
Arms and delts tomorrow…..

Legs at Durham today to see Jimmy Tonk in person who’s asked me to take him into his pro shows this year. Which will be exciting.
Great session training is in a great spot, and I’m really finding my groove a later day than normal catching up on work due to the travel. But will be all caught up tomorrow!

Have you only got a carry on bag? Or do you check a bag? I’ve always taken my gear with me wherever I’ve gone when I’ve had a bag checked. Including USA I just pop it in my wash bag with the amount of syringes/needles needed for the trip and never had an issue. I also take my GH through security in freezer pack with my insulin, and when stopped it’s for medical use, and again never had an issue.
Failing this hilly has it bang on

This has been nailed. I prefer a 20-40mcg start point. Depending on the individual 80-120mcg max dosage tapered up over the course of the diet phase.

Rest day today nothing too exciting.
Sports massage, cardio, work on the laptop standard rest day. BW has increased quite quickly with the last food and AAS increase to 331lbs this AM. It is the best Ive ever been at this weight. So thats a big positive.
