Evening guys! Just catching up after a busy weekend and 2 rest days. Was awesome to see the team and spend some time down at the TBJP x shed opening. It was an epic turn out.
I will be returning to train with Pheebs when its settled down a touch more. But the vibe was banging!
Back atr it today with a new BW high of this push 339.8lbs and I have started to feel it now. But still better than ever at this new BW. Not too fat just yet. So we will hold here now and rinse this. There is still a little room to push AAS so another couple of bumps in drugs will keep things moving along for the next 10 weeks.
Posterior today and a great session. Really happy with the work today. Big week in the books and I will be due a deload to freshen up a touch ready for a big few weeks

Hey bud take fasted with caffeine and any other lypolitics and aim to stay fasted for 2-3 hours before your first meal. Ideally for the best results first meal would be pro/fats

330.8 this AM a little drop off post rest day and some inflammatin shifting from sports massage and infrared sauna. A good sleep and I felt fresh today and had a really solid pull & bicep session progress across the board!

The guys have nailed this above other ways to help improve your gut microbiome which may help overall gut health and digestion would be a prebiotic.
VSL-3 is very good and also adding some fermented foods to your diet.

Rest day today
And well needed was feeling a little beat up so a little longer in bed. Client work. Sports massage, cardio, infrared sauna, a nap this afternoon. And another early night will do the trick ready for tomorrow

Push today great session but trained a little later on my own as I had to take Neala our youngest dog to the vets. She’s all good just some anti inflammatories for her bad leg.

I feel like I have something lingering in the background but Ive managed to stay illness free so far. So Im hoping a good rest tomorrow I will be sweet. 1 more week at 0 RIR then it will be time for a deload freshen up and go again!

Site was down yesterday but a really soli session again for posterior. Im just having a battle with pulls currently. I feel theres more there in terms of strength and rep progressions its just my breathing has always been my down fall and a I lose bracing which is when the set breaks down. I struggle to find where is the best to breath on each rep something I will have a chat with Oscar and Jordan with at the weekend for the team meet.
Weight was 331.2lbs this AM after a little food bump from Cal at the weekend

Arms & delts trained early after meal 1 as I had a busy day meeting clients and then supporting pheebs with her posing tutorials took the dogs for a walk and chilled this evening
Weight was 328.8lbs this AM down after a free meal.
My quads are fried and my back is sore this week. As intensity and volume slightly increased. Into week 3 of meso next week 1 RIR and Its looking like it’s gonna be a tough week! Ready for it to take some more progress
