How close to taking the reading had you eaten? What is your fasted reading. Generally a blood sugar result that high would be considered hyperglycaemia and potentially a cause for getting in touch with a doctor buddy to be honest.
Have you taken your fasted bloods?
How many readings have you taken?
What’s your body composition currently?
How many grams of carbs a day are you eating generally and then again on your high days?
Are you using any basal insulin?
@Hilly is the diabetes specialist here and would have more knowledge on this….
Have you had any other symptoms?
Increased thirst
Frequent urination
Blurred vision
Tiredness or weakness
Headache
Nausea and vomiting
Shortness of breath
A very dry mouthMy uncle is a diabetic but I would suggest looking into this pretty quick and getting some answers mate

Rest day today guys.
Been in for some work on my shoulder. Still don’t fully know the extent yet but it looks like a tear potentially of the supraspinatus which is part of the rotator cuff from the testing we did. We have done some shockwave and ultrasound therapy. A little sore this evening but I have some more work at the weekend.
Then I will make a decision if I go private for an MRI I have been in touch with an upright standing private clinic in Manchester today and they can get me in pretty quick if I make that decision.
Nothing changes I will still train what I can and progress what I can.
It’s not what you can’t do it’s what you can do. So arms, legs and neutral grip rows will get a good seeing to for the next while until I am fixed. Fingers crossed it’s not as bad as I think

Frustrating day today as I woke up after my rotator niggle with very minimal lateral movement and a lot of pain.
It’s eased as the days gone but still very sore. Treatment booked tomorrow
I still trained I opted for an arm day as I could do nautilus high machine curl, DB hammer curls and concentration curls pain free and palms down tricep extensions. So calves and arms got done. We make sure we keep moving forward.
Hopefully it eases for the rest of the week. And we can get back on track next week! 322.8lbs again this AM
Since food has been upped I’ve been hungrier. Going down very very easy! Which is a great sign if we can keep appetite here and keep moving forward forward

I agree with the guys here fully
I have learnt to be more instinctive with deloads
Knowing yourself when you you are overreaching and ready for a deload will take time, but the signs that sas has mentioned will be the main clues
I prefer also a few days away from the gym. And then maybe reduced volume for a couple of sessions on my return to see weather the deload/rest has done the job.

Posterior dusted 322.8lbs this AM
Slightly tweaked my rotator cuff today doing hanging leg raises before the session I don’t think 320+ hanging leg raises are super safe now. So they will be out for something a little safer. And I’ll just do a scap depression movement for mobility.
So I will bang some bpc in this week got some therapy work Wednesday. Will just be mindful with loading movements this week.
Frustrating as everything is flying but that’s the sport we’re in something very simple but it is what it is hopefully will be a week or so and be fully healed.

Full weekend of rest for me as I only train 4 days which is working extremely well. For progression and recovery and also being fresh and ready to attack anew week at the gym.
Saturday was check in day cardio, dog walk, client work and then we went to Leeds for a friends birthday gaucho steakhouse for a meal. I had steak and chips with veggies 200g rump 200g fillet it was banging. Weight was the same this AM as check in Saturday 322lbs a little heavier post legs as they were smashed.
Cal has popped my cals up a touch on both days again we will try to solidify 323/324 this week before we take a bump up in drugs.
We don’t need to force the food as we have before it’s very comfortable at the minute.
TD 819g carb, 361g protein, 83g fat
NTD 656g carb 363g protein 76g fat5500 & 4750 kcals and going down very easily I don’t think we will have to force the food this push which is great.
Today was a nice long dog walk, and some more client work. It never stops! And then some sofa shopping with Pheebs. We watched a film this evening and now it’s time for bed

Whats body composition like currently bud? How much have you pushed your weight up by? It could and more than likely be a response to the increase in GH + insulin + bodyweight going up over the past 14 weeks. Have you had and bloods done recently?

Legs today and a very good session in the books – training is flying currently.
seated ham curl – up 2 plates to stack for 12 reps for 2 sets and a RP to 19 with 2 forced reps on 3rd
Hip press 9PPS x 18 up to reps then 10pps for 9 and 3/4 with better form
Squat up 10kg per side for 20 reps will have 3pps for 20 soon on this.
Check in tomorrow weight has stabilised at around 319lbs Im due a little bump in AAS soon nothing crazy but a little bump in primo we shall see what Cal says on check in. Appetite and sleep and recovery in a great spot. Happy with where we are at currently doing the do and enjoying it

I find most people tolerate rice based sources well.
COR, rice, baby rice, rice based cereal, rice cakes, snack a jacks
Fruit, honey, jam
Bread if you can tolerate works well for a lot.
Protein wise a quality isolate, white meats/fish

Rest day today and well needed. Had a decent sleep around 7 hours which is good for me.
Cardio, dog walk and sports massage today along with some new client set ups and check ins. Ready for Pull tomorrow. filming for youtube which will be my 4th one Ive banked ready to go out Sunday the first one! time for bed!

Push day today and back to my normal routine!
321lbs this AN weight creeping up nicely but with a couple of untracked meals over the weekend it wouldn’t surprise me if I level off again this week.
Cardio back in at 20 mins fasted and 8k steps done so far.
Progressed pushed very nicely again today weight and reps up on all 3 main movements
And some higher volume work for delts and triceps still taking progressions here! Really loving everything bodybuilding currently
