Travel day to Amsterdam. Was due to train today but a little day and a lot of walking smashed us so we took a forced rest as it would have been counterproductive so an earlyish night and freshen up and we will get a session in tomorrow!

Rest day today
318lbs on wake after the little food and insulin bump. Cardio done 20 mins as usual. haircut and sports massage done and then ran some errands picked up some clothes that have been altered in town and had a walk round whilst I had the car valeted. Went to the post office took the dogs a walk and boxed plenty of work off.
We fly to Amsterdam tomorrow so a little out of our normal routine for training but its only an hour flight just over so we will train when we get there we have found the gym we are training at.
Then get settled in the air B n B with my client to get her set up for the next few days leading in to the show.

Great Push session today progressions taken across the board.
317.2lbs on wake. Check in sent to Cal little 50g Carb increase on both TD & NTD
Novarapid added 10iu PWO and Lantus bumped to 20iu NTD
Should see 320lbs boxed off in similar condition by the end of the week as the cycle takes hold.
Rest day tomorrow so cardio, dog walks, haircut and massage alongside plenty of client work

Great start to the week with posterior a very productive session in the books with progress across the board and hinges back in at a light weight just to test the erector. Felt good will progress this over the coming weeks.
15 check ins plus a couple of new starter plans boxed off also, so a very busy day.
BW 316.5lbs this AM after and off plan this weekend check in tomorrow to see where we are at!

Rest day again today got ups little later around 6:30 did cardio and boxed 8k steps with the dogs
Home for meal 1 and a little
Meal prep and client work. Then I went to meet a new client who starts in January for a coffee to discuss plansBack home to chill and spend a few hours with the dogs.
Picked pheebs from the train station and we went to the cinema to watch hunger games. Great film. Took 2 meals with me and then had our last meal when we got home ready for bed and another big week ahead

It could well be a hypo especially not having any carbs in your preWO meal did you have any carbs before the bar in your intra? Had you had any carbs during the day? Is there any specific reason your not having any carbohydrates before training?
If its a natural hypo then you can 100% ride it out. But we need more specifics to your current set up

leg extension x 2 plus partials to fail
glute ham hyper x 2 + BW to failure
side delt & front delt superset x 3Filmed a day in the life for my youtube dropping soon! and also reviewed my bloodwork which will be interesting. Weekend off to recover. So dog walks, cardio, client work and some chill time as Pheebs is away in London visiting friends.
I have 2 consultations this weekend but other than that all good! Off to Amsterdam Thursday with a client for the last show of the year and to spend my birthday in Amsterdam!

Rest day yesterday and a sports massage which has helped the erector out again. Took the dogs out for a nice
Walk and boxed off my cardio.Ran a few errands and did some client work.
Today was pull & biceps great session at be modified.

Try to rotate sites and see if this happens in other sites. If it does then it could be the carrier oil that lab uses your body doesn’t agree with.
It could also be how you injected, how much you injected or just that area that doesn’t agree.
As long as it Doesn’t get worse your should be fine buddy. Just keep a close eye on it.

Great session today push at be modified which will be the hub for training this off season. Progress across the board and feeling good in all push movements.
Seated calves x 2 RP x 2 on 1st
Pec fly x 3 RP on 3rd

Cross body extension x 3
Tricep push down x 3 + drop setPosing post workout which felt a lot better erector a little better again allowed me to do a full round. Not 100% but improving
Work is busy but in a great routine and getting all check ins boxed off before the gym so I can fully focus on my training and then tidy up any messages and consults in the evenings
Appetite is great and have finished all meals by 8-8:30pm so loads of room for food but BW is trending up so no need to force the issue and let the drugs do the work.
Sleep is the best it’s been in a while so really in a good groove. Plenty more

Posterior today. Erector still not quite 100% but it’s only been a week. So ran smith BB row as opposed a hinge pattern and it felt good. My back tightened up literally on the last exercise which pissed me off a little so another 2 massages this week and I think I should be sweet.
Posing was a little difficult post workout due to the tightness. But still got it done. Ready for a shave again though.
315lbs this AM so weight is going back on pretty easily without any changes to food just the additional stack changes.
I feel this could be most productive push up yet.

Pull & biceps today. Erector is still sore so was mindful of loading and bracing. Still got what I could and had a great session.
