Evening guys!
So a very busy day, trying not to get too stressed as we are living at pheebs mums for a few days as the kitchen isn’t finished and the house is upside down!
So it’s been a little manic, but we’re coping. All meals boxed off as normal. Caught up on all work and had a great push session. Felt pretty strong and stable and joints felt fresh. Very happy to be back in the gym! And buzzing for tomorrows session.

No I don’t think these are too low bud. I like my fats lower, and usually work on 0.5g per kg of bodyweight so 40-45 would be a perfect place.

A fantastic weekend spent with fantastic people. And meeting and getting to
Chat with some new and familiar faces. Such a privilege doing what we do, and I will never take this for granted.Ready to get stuck in to off season now and improve my physique.
Unfortunately we’re not back home yet as the kitchen isn’t finished as we ran into some complications and the water is off for the next 24-48 hours. So…..we are at Phoebe’s parents. We will crack on and try to do work as normal tomorrow. And get back into a Routine

Hey bud so nandrolone isn’t going on this next push phase. We are opting for trenbolone (parabolan) or tren hex to stimulate the NOR-19 pathway.
This won’t go above 200mg (if needed) I wanted to try a slightly different approach with higher test than DHT (based on my current bloodwork) and Callum agreed
I have struggled psychologically with NPP in the past over 200mg and feel trenbolone will not need to go much higher than 1-200mg in this push. Test will peak at 750mg and primo probably the same so max 1700mg for this push.
Im looking forward to getting stuck into the push next week

Hey bud, if your appetite is still there I would agree and go with oats or Cream of rice adding some fruit and then some added fats like almond butter or dark chocolate with your whey is always a great option. Calorie dense and not processed like cereals.

Evening guys!!
Rest day today in Tenerife we have used these 4 days as a little deload/devolume we have still trained but just because we like training and feeling like we have worked out. Now if you don’t want to when you go away then don’t. There’s no rules.
I was up at 6 to check in with athletes this AM who are competing weekend and next weekend to-make sure they are on point with daily changes….
Then I did a little more with my other guys until a round 11am then a day at the pool/beach
We went for our daily walk. Around 5-6k steps after breakfast. And then another In the afternoon.
I’ve ate well all holiday but allowed myself to eat a little intuitively also. The real work starts when I arrive home ready for the push. But this 4 day break was very much needed.
I’m looking forward to the expo this weekend catching up with the TBJP team!
I did a little more swimming this afternoon. And I forgot how hard it is to move this through water when your heavy. I’m like a rock now. But I felt great after!

Evening guys! Lovely day today in Tenerife woke around 6am
Did an hours work then went and trained pull with pheebs a little different as we are limited but a good session
Close grip pull-down x 3
Close grip row x 3 + drop set
Smith machine bent over row x 3 + cluster set
Incline DB rear delt row x 3
DB Side delts x 4Done! Then back to the laptop after breakfast until around 11am for check ins.
We had a go at archery at around lunch which was fun!
Had a really long walk down the beach after dinner and met one of my old clients by chance so sat and had a catch up and a few cocktails. Then back to the hotel for sushi & steak!
Rest for bed again already

Lovely day today in Tenerife!
Woke up and do an hour of athlete check ins who are competing this weekend I have 4 guys going this weekend!
Then we went to the gym and trained push
Low Incline smith x 3 sets 12-15
Shoulder press x 3 sets 12-15
Incline machine press x 3
DB flyes x 3 sets
DB laterals x 4 sets
DB skulls SS DB curls x 3 setsWe went for a really good walk down the beach, I got called a few new names 😂
And a dip in the sea!
Pheebs did an aqua soon class.
I did a few lengths of the pool. I used to be a good swimmer. Now it’s just hard work I did 2 lengths front crawl at a decent pace and I was gassed it was like HIIT my body requires a lot of oxygen. And I’ve not swam for a while. So I will blast some lengths out daily for next couple of days!
Food has been solid. Just basically steak, chicken, white fish and rice and salad 3 x a day with some fruit.
Having my normal pre intra and post shakes with an extra protein and carb shake
Breakfast is omelette and bread and jam and fruit.
And I have snook a tuna & egg baguette in late afternoon!

Good evening guys! A very long day but finished with a lovely evening. Travelled to Tenerife this AM for 4 days whilst we have a new kitchen fitted to get out the way and spend some time together which becomes a challenge when we are so busy with our schedules at home.
We landed around lunch time went straight for some lunch and went for a nice walk down the seafront then had a couple hours round the pool, before heading back to the room and doing some laptop work.
We have got ready and come for a nice meal and walk this evening and watch the sunset! We will get an early night and get up bright and early to train so we can have another nice day tomorrow.
We both have a little sunburn today. Lovely hotel, full of a few oldies but nice and chilled

Back today after a very very busy day peaking athletes for shows tomorrow. Plus 16 check ins. Got up did my athlete check ins and an in person with Bec. Then boxed my cardio off. Then it was literally laptop bound until 4pm then went and got a great session in.

I see no reason what so ever for taking fast insulin before bed….
If your food is high enough then there may be some conversation for Lantus in the PM as it has 24 hour coverage. But this would be something I would never suggest knowing nothing about you or knowledge of your set up.
Just have a good carb meal pre bed then if you train fasted have intra carbs and EAAS

Late one today guys super busy day. Client check ins and then a dog walk.
Went and trained arms solo early then straight for a hair cut.
This afternoon and evening we have been clearing the kitchen ready for the new one been fitted. Also packing our case for holiday and fit X so a stressful day!
But should be all done and sorted by tomorrow
