Not much to report had to lay off loading the ankle and keg due to compensation injuries flaring up. But knee is still progressing. Just everything around it doesn’t want work. So just hit to hold for a while until my ankle and tibialis anterior get recovered

I’ve had clients run Proforma Tesofensine in 4 week blocks very successfully without any jitters and really stepped there fat loss forward. I like running them in short blocks only

MemberMarch 4, 2026 at 10:11 pm in reply to: Starting from scratch – ACL & Meniscus recoveryAnother day today day 10 into rehab to has been for my physio this AM and he’s impressed with what him doing already. We’re adding in some standing abductions this weekend.
The only issue at the minute is I’ve 100% tweaked my ankle from the little slip down the stairs and it’s now very uncomfortable/painful planting the bad legs foot down now.
So tomorrow I’m going to have to rest a little more from as putting my foot in plantar flexion is pretty painful.
When it rains it pours – up the BPC!

Got to take my first weight baring walk outside with my brace and crutches today. Only 3 minutes but was mega and progress again. When I do something new and push my rehab a little more the pain at night is noticeably worse than the day. It’s always that night that gets me and I struggle to sleep. It’s pretty rough.
But I’m cracking in and staying positive. Seeing Toby my rehab specialist tomorrow so see how he thinks I’m getting on

Not moved much. Stitches out Saturday. Physio next Tuesday and see where we are with this brace

I was having 21g a day in prep last year and was dry as a bone. I sweat a lot. But it’s not just salt it’s overall electrolyte balance. A mix of pink iodised and lo salt

Added a new exercise in today. Lying abduction. Which felt good. Challenging but nice to move a little more.
Swelling noticeably less today after dialling it back for 2 days.
But bruising has really come out today and my shins, calves, ankles are sore.
The pain was maybe 1 less notch today. Progressed my rehab again today which is mega. But still very much in pain, I got a little too confident and nearly decked it at the stairs today don’t know how I caught myself but that would have been bad.

I’m progressing in my movements but gone backwards with pain for 2 days and being able to plant my foot as th pressure in my shin and legs is mental.
Starting to get some like burning sensation pains across my knee areas it’s so weird trying to figure out what is actually hurting. Managed a shower today was a nightmare again trying to get in and out but we did it so feel a lot fresher.
Another day closer to the goal tomorrow

Still feeling positive just want to get out of this fist phase of pain and lack of independence.
Once I can get back in the gym for some upper I’ll be happy
