    Hey buddy. Obviously this isn’t my advice in regards the dosage of your first cycle but I always break down my total mg dosage into more frequent injections 4 x 100mg would be fine here mon/tue thur/fri but as mentioned I would have potentially looked at a touch lower if is your first cycle

    Evening guys! Great day today….Feels amazing when you have been productive.

    Had some images shot this morning for our coaching business and also so product content for the Supps which will be class. Then back to work with check in responses really proud of my team this year we’ve had some amazing results and i cant wait for 2022. I have 4 in prep already for 2022 so exciting times!

    New starter set ups still going out and more coming through so its going to be a busy December and January!

    Recorder my heaviest weight ever this AM at 318.2lbs food has gone up here are my current macros and kcals:-

    Push + Arms for me and Jimmy today (Haran was MIA)

    Performance is flying now and even though i felt a little tired today strength is increasing and im feeling good! Session went as follows:-

    Clavicle cuffed pec flyes x 2
    Flex leverage x 2
    Prime cable press x 2
    prime dip machine x 2
    cross body extensions x 2
    SA kas handle curl x 2
    Prime side lateral machine x 3

    Rest day tomorrow which is a busy one again….We have a photographer booked for some images for our coaching service and also some JP nutrition images, a long dog walk and loads of set ups for clients to do and get new starters ready for January! Dont stop, wont stop, cant stop!

    Hey Buddy! a warm welcome. So my first suggestion is:-

    Find a regular check spot for progress pictures do not take mirror selfies its not a clear representation of your physique. Get a tripod and position 6ft away mid level and take a video of your posing then take screen shots or get a bluetooth camera clicker.

    I would like to tighten up a touch more so your body is a little more responsive and then start adding calories. The main thing here is consistency.

    Nutrition, Training, Activity levels, water, sleep all these need to be monitored and adjusted accordingly.

    Evening guys!

    Leg day today – always a good day. Trained with Pheebs and we had a great session. A very busy day of client set ups and then a podcast this evening with 2 very enthusiastic young bodybuilders. Then a zoom call with Cal to go over plans for 2022 which has me buzzing!

    Back with the boys tomorrow for push and arms! which im looking forward to! And guess what more client work! lol new system so changing everything over is taking time.

    Before i get my head down i wanted to fill you in on a few bits! firstly the leg day workshop was a massive success, Everyone involved loved it and took some great tips fro today!

    Secondly I am announcing that i have teamed u the Callum Raistrick as my new coach Who will be taking control of everything so we can secure the pro card in 2022! We have a very clear vision of what we want to achieve and we are leaving no stone unturned in order for that to happen.

    I will be parting ways on very very good terms with Josh Maley. We have had a very successful 2 and half years together built on trust, respect, honesty hard work and made some fantastic progress. I love the man to bits and respect him as a friend and coach. I could thank or recommend him enough for what he has instilled into me. We decided to part ways after a check in 3-4 weeks ago when i sent over my plans for next year. Which will see us competing against each other in the same shows. So Josh brought up the potential added stress this may cause us both not from our end as we are both professionals but what the industry may think. If there ever was a time to move it was now so Callum can get used to my body and we can have a full off season together. Callum is someone Josh trusts and respects so it was the natural move.

    The fire was lit……But now its been turned up a notch!

    Looking forward to seeing the progress you make under Callum, he has been making some serious waves with this clients these past couple of years.

    I agree with Darren I would start with 350mg test progress to 450mg and stagger the primo up you could go pretty high here and run a lower dose NPP like you have suggested 200-300mg

    Evening guys….

    This week has been a very long but rewarding week! Training is flying. Coaching is going well! Ive averaged 15 hours screen time at my laptop a day this week! which is mental. I seem to do everything behind this screen at the minute other than train, and do may daily non-negotiables. Cardio/pose/walk the dog etc. But it will all be worth it. You get out what you put in. With everything.

    I had a meal off last night with my old college footy team mates, it was a laugh and nice to reminisce and share some stories we are all growing up and all on different paths with our careers and lives! but we still remain mates! what did i have????

    Pepperoni pizza (no cheese) doesn’t agree with me
    12 sushi rolls (salmon and tuna)
    salmon teriyaki and rice
    5 chicken strips and fries
    1 cookie!

    Dropped weight this AM (WTF)

    Today was Back and Biceps and a very successful session. I re set a few movements and the connection was awesome. Im really trying to find my groove with Lat work as these need to improve….a lot! High insertions and incorrect execution they are a lagging part but they are coming on. I just need to stay on top of my shoulder/scap issue as i get heavier.

    Tomorrow is rest day and an exciting day as me and my training partners are running a leg day workshop for 12 people! Which will be a-lot of fun!

    Anyway peace out – I will have a big update for you soon. Just waiting patiently for something to drop!

    There is no right or wrong way to set up full body split buddy. It’s what is going to be most efficient from optimal growth. For me personally running 3 or 4 sessions variations I would stick with:-

    Squat/leg press variations
    RDL/ham curl variations

    Then you move on to upper lower or push/pull/legs you will add more isolation exercises in.

    Although depending on what you can connect well with. There’s not a set rule buddy

    So guys another very busy day! It’s been a hectic but successful week! With training, clients and business. Everything is moving in the right direction there’s just not enough hours in the day!

    Check in day and push was on the cards! All exercises were progressed nicely.

    I’ve been consistently over 215lbs now for a good week. So I feel I’m earning the weight now 316.6lbs this AM – pics attached.

    I will have an update on my cycle and plans for 2022 over the weekend

    Hi Jonathan.

    So your 14 this is fantastic you are starting young and being sensible and safe with your training. Your split looks good there are definitely alternatives to be had here. and you could maybe lower the number of exercises but increases the number of sets in certain exercises across different rep ranges. Have you looked at how to structure a full body split? On the site?

    Hey Zakaria, So i think you could structure your cycle a little different next time round to 1 look after health markers, and utilise different pathways with a DHT and/or a NOR-19 derivative. Your using 2 compounds that essentially come from the same family and are competing to do similar things and both aromatise (Test and EQ)

    At 80kg at your heaviest now you got up to 750mg of Testosterone? which i feel is un-necessarily high at that BW….its 8.5mg per kg of test which i feel could be back down to 3.5-4mg per kg as a baseline for testosterone then build your cycle around that and gradually increase in phases up to your 15mg per kg total load. My preference would be Primobolan or Masteron then a small dose of NPP

    Example:-

    Phase 1 – 700mg total load

    Phase 2 – 900mg total load

    Phase 3 – 1100mg total load

    phase 4 – 1300mg Peak load approx 15mg per kg)

    I would keep test at a baseline of 3-4mg per kg max, avoid AI’s


    Firstly i would drop back down to baseline for a period and run a full panel blood test. As running higher dose testosterone derivatives for an extended period can cause some issues that can be avoided next time round.

    What are your health supplements that you currently take?

    Current blood work?

    Current Cardiovascular work?

    So today was rest day…..Not really a rest day I didn’t sleep great as i had loads on my mind of what i had to get done today. As we have invested into the business to improve our coaching service. So rest day wasn’t a rest day mentally! Ive literally only just stopped sending emails and updating programmes.

    Cardio, Vacuums, posing, steps (12k) dog walk, eat 6 meals, drink 6 litres of water, finish all check ins, complete new google sheet set up with web designer, new client set ups, VLOG for youtube, set on new Goodstlye coach, Xmas shopping, Food shopping, Still managed 1 hour out with Pheebs for a coffee and listen to a busker sing Xmas songs, which was nice to detach from reality for 30 mins!

    Then back to it and to do it all again tomorrow! Because i love it, and i want to improve in every aspect of life and bodybuilding!

    Check in day and push tomorrow with the boys lets take some more progression!
