2nd rest day today and I’ll be honest I feel

Rest day today. Which meant dog walks, check ins, deep tissue work with Jay RNR and chilling a little. The ear is still banging a bit. But less pain than yesterday. I feel pretty smashed as we speak. So I can imagine pill
Would have buried me Tomorrow.3 days full rest ordered from Cal and a slight reduction in calories. We’ve reached out ceiling this push and anything else is counterproductive. So we are priming ready for prep!! Which is very very exciting. When I say pull back TD cals are still a touch under 6300. But that feels a lot easier than previous. And rest day just over 5k which should hold me around 335lbs for a few weeks.
I broke my CPAP clip in my sleep last night so I may have to strap it too my head. So any chance of passion has now firmly gone. 340lbs with a CPAP machine that’s been fixed like jack duckworths glasses isn’t a good look for anyone. Poor Pheebs she didn’t sign up for this.

Push and arms! I completed the full session as per plan. I’m back to approx 70-75% max loading I will keep progressing 5% each rotation I hope 4 weeks I will be back to nearly full throttle! Ready for prep.
On another note. I’ve got an ear infection. The last couple of days I’ve felt a little unbalanced. A little under water. Like my ears were blocked and my hearing has been awful. Yesterday i started with pain in my ear. But still had a great leg session. Last night the pain came in waves stabbing and wasn’t nice. Had a rough night sleep and appetite was shot. This morning not much change. So I got in touch with docs and job got me straight in! And confirmed an ear infection “both kinds” so 2 lots of antibiotics! So hopefully they don’t age t anything over the next couple of weeks.
I’m really looking forward to pull Sunday. But I’m also feeling like I’m a little beat up. So I think a little rest maybe on the cards soon!
Rest day tomorrow. In person check ins, sports massage and hopefully my ear starts feeling better!

Worked up to 6 plates on the pendulum for 14 reps first time back on there 7 is there for reps. Everything felt great no

Try increasing your vitamin C 2g 3 x per day, vitamin D 5000iu 2 x per day, zinc 30mg 2 x per day, liposomal glutathione 10ml x 2 per day, plenty of water.

100% not toxic….supps companies produce 10,000iu D3 tablets. i wouldn’t suggest 10k plus year round, but for illness and maybe a higher dose in winter months is more than fine

Much needed rest day today. Im slowing down now….I forced myself to do cardio, and eat my meals, just out of discipline. But im ready to feel more alert and proactive that being in a dieting phase brings!!
I napped today for a good hour too….So it must have been needed. Ive had plenty of work to do. Which I will finish tomorrow. Then its leg day!
First comp of the season this Sunday for clients at the PCA first timers show. Excited to be back!

It could be the carrier oil that doesn’t suit you buddy. Or you may have an allergy to it without knowing. I would be looking to switch to something with a different oil. Cottonseed, grape seed, castor these are usuals but there are plenty of labs who use different oils

Evening guys! Busy day as always…I had an IV drip immune boost today from a friend who’s setting up a new business I don’t know if it’s placebo but I feel fresher already. I had Vitamin C, full B vitamins, and full amino acid profile.
I wanted to take the dog out for another walk this evening which I did. Just because I was feeling quite fresh.
Back and biceps dusted a little later than normal, trained at my old gym, great session as always! They have some really nice bits of kit.
Rest day tomorrow which will be haircut as I look homeless. and client work!
Hope everyone is good! And ready for the 1st shows of the season to get underway

Push and triceps today! And I completed the full session to plan! I gave my dear and got back under the prime incline. And it felt great 20 rep set with 2.5 plates a side. 75% loaded on the top leg. So I’m buzzing with todays outcome.
Back and biceps on the cards tomorrow! More chance to progress!

I myself use quanta, and I used rohm in prep last year. All my clients use either rohm or quanta. And they are all good! Bloods always come Back levels as expected I don’t think I’d have been able

Rest day today!!
A few check ins, walked the dog. Had a client in person check in who is 2 weeks out! Then me and Pheebs went for a Nando’s (not had 1 in years) really enjoyed it actually. And then watched Batman! Which was great. We took our COR meals as 3 hours is a long time.
I was 5lbs down this morning after pull yesterday. My body is telling me it’s ready to come down soon ?
