Hey mate, just read though your log and can’t wait to follow along! Can you explain the use of proviron on your stack please?
Also what lab are you using?
Hey buddy. Hope your well, I am using Proviron as it has been found to enhance the effects when using testosterone. By binding to SHGB So the testosterone can be used more efficiently. It also can decrease side affects of aromatising compounds and a have a slight impact on Lowering oestrodial.
I’ve always used in a competition cycle also as it can help with a little hardness.

If you have made the decision to go down the route of anabolics and understand the implications. And also understand how do this in a way that you can monitor your health and take all the necessary precautions. Then if your going to use you want to be in a supra physiological range. (Which will more than likely be above 125mg)
First cycle doses for clients I believe are 250/300mg test only.
If you have big goals then I feel 125-150mg first cycle is pretty pointless

Im not a fan of EQ personally Dan, too many negatives for bodybuilding purposes, Much more effective compounds and cycles. I like the set up of Test, Primo, NPP. or the option of using Masteron instead of Primo or Tren at a low dose in stead of NPP.
dosing will vary person to person.

Rest day today guys! Ive had a nice day, a busy one as always. Did my check in this AM 341.2lbs then i went for breakfast with the old college lads we had to pick a place that catered for my breakfast requirements. and was absolutely bang on!
I then went for another laser hair removal treatment to get silky smooth like dolphin! and clear up some skin issues on my hamstrings.
Followed by 2 new starters and all my friday check ins! i managed to watch the live stream of the Arnolds which was great and got me revved up for the upcoming season!
Pull tomorrow and im excited for the session!

This is personal preference. I have always counted all protein sources. But theres minimal from indirect sources such as rice etc….We are talking 1-2g here and there. Maybe more from sources such as bagels, but again as long as your consistent in your counting then you can adjust from there. I assume you mean 3g per kg this would be more than enough

Evening guys!
Push today – the same rotation as always until my pec starts feeling 100% Im progressing each week! but i still know it’s there, and mentally its affecting me a touch as I want to go in but I can still feel it. It’s of those “is it ever going to feel right again” moments. My push sessions were feeling pretty unstoppable until the pec issue. But it could have been worse. I have to take the positives from this.
Rest day tomorrow and a few in person check ins as well as a new starter plan to do!

I agree with Rich here, I would be open with your coach and discuss your concerns if you think your legs are lagging. I have just had this conversation with a client. We discussed his programming, nutrition and recovery. We have implemented some minor tweaks and then its time for your training execution, your intensity and your patience to do the rest.

Had some sports therapy work this morning mainly upper body work with jay RNR and he’s worked his magic once again, feel so much better and nice and loose. Ready for push tomorrow!

I have always worked well at 1-2 mins fast pace to elevate HR quickly then maintain a steady pace. I can’t say I really measure HR I know when I’m working hard or when I’m slacking.
But again depends how you measure. For the most accurate reading if you want to track the get a polar Monitor buddy

I agree. Fine in daily small doses. I wouldn’t like to go over 0.5ml personally and depending how your skin reacts to the carrier oil would be person dependant. I think for a cruise/TRT/maintenance dose it’s fine. Personally for a cycle with more volume I’d opt for IM

Evening guys! Quick one before I get my head down. Great day today….rest day check ins and something a little different for Haran’s YouTube. Didn’t take too much time out of our day either.
Me jimmy and haran went head to head in a bake off/ready steady cook challenge. 20 Mins to make a Thai green curry from scratch. Lots of fun. And the 1st I’m a series of challenges between us. I won’t spoil the result but my presentation was 100% the best. By a country mile. I just lack the sense of taste and smell so had to wing the spices.
Tomorrow is leg day! Let’s get after it!
