Fantastic leg session today at UF derby with the doc. We popped down for the fundraiser for a close friend who’s been diagnosed with brain cancer and it was a great turn out for him,

Full rest day today and I needed it last full day of check ins until 29th so I can do some new starters some training set ups and then relax a little over Xmas and focus on spending time with family and resetting for 2026!
Did some Xmas shopping this evening little more to do but neerly all boxed off!

Upper up Newcastle with Dan at Viking gym. Really good session. Went to see friends and there new born after finishing check ins this AM
2 hour drive there and in our way back now so will be a late one but it was worth it to see them and get a good session in with Dan.
Rest day tomorrow to catch up on work and get some Xmas shopping done!

Cal does my nutrition, and drugs yes. He is my coach so oversees everything. I’ve worked with cal for 4 years now so he lets me run my training I just send him what I’m doing g and he adjusts accordingly in terms of volume

Hey bud. I really wouldn’t worry too much about running a split based on your weaknesses. I would be focusing on progressing everywhere. And having a little more volume in certain body karts if recovery allows.
For me here an upper/lower or a PPL/UL split would be my choice.
Get lean. Then have the longest runway for progression

I take mine 10mg at night too. That’s interesting to hear on the Pharma v UGL as Andy states as I take UGL but will try Pharma as I do sometimes get a little acid reflux

Posterior today with Felly. 327lbs this AM great session. Feel a little smashed which is expected I think with quick weight gain. And quick strength gain. I will probably take a few days off over Xmas so it doesn’t catch up with me.
2 new starters to get set up this week and a few new training plans to box tomorrow also
