It’s going to be very person dependent, based on what feels good for your bio mechanics.
I personally run a low incline around 15 degrees and then a high incline for clavicular pressing that feels good for me 55/60 degrees due to mobility and what feels nice for my shoulders and I get the most out of my chest.

GH back in today it’s subsided a little over the last 2 days so hopefully it continues to improve.

Cardio and check in day for me 329lbs this AM after holding 327lbs all week. But had an off plan friday and then did a homemade chicken curry last night. Which was mega.
Then we had a nice afternoon and Pheebs familys for her sister’s little boys 1st birthday!
Ready to get stuck in to a big week of training!

Arm day and gasp meet today after a sports massage at 8am with my rich at s20….
Busy day and then Phoebe and max have come over to say this evening, I cooked me pheebs (my pheebs) and max a homemade chicken curry.
Pheebs is in prep so she just supported with her prep meal. Curry was banging to be fair I did good!

Mega leg session today after boxing loads of work off early, As my sleep is being affected a little currently with my hands having serious carpal tunnel issues from 10iu GH
I haven’t had it this bad before but I think the increased fluid from bodyweight coming on quick. Has something to do with it.

Another fantastic session today. Pressing has taken a big step forward
2.5 plates smith high incline press for 9 as my back off set. Which is exciting for me as I haven’t had that over my head for years….
So we will have progress. Bodyweight holding in the 327lbs all week
Cardio and steps boxed off this AM work boxed off. Few little bits of work to tidy up and this evening. And then back to it tomorrow.
Mine and Pheebs 3rd engagement anniversary tomorrow so we are going out for a meal locally, after legs!!

Rest day today. Dog walk and cardio this AM

I’m very hungry for my meals on NTD. I’m ready to eat my last meal soon before bed…..
Busy day of client work. Been to the barbers, done the food shop. And I’m ready to get stuck back in for upper tomorrow.
I’m really excited for training currently and really enjoying training out of s20 physique.
I had a call from my surgeon today. My operation has been booked for 21st February next year. 10 weeks and 7 weeks before pheebs is due. So hopefully I will be back up and rehabbing and functional for the birth so I’m not a burden.
The only thing is that I’m right in the cusp of being morbidly obese due to my BMI useless as a metric of measuring health for a bodybuilder. If my BW trends up anymore than around 330lbs they could cancel my op. So the gameplay would be to pull GH a week before the pre op. And pull food back to allow BW to drop off.
Then I’m guessing I will just hold at maintenance until I’m ready to rock again.
So off season end before it’s begun, but the positives. I’ll be in the way to recovery, and welcoming my little Girl into the world.

I would keep fats low to moderate….
Protein consistent 1.25g per lb of BWAnd usually take my first initial drop from carbs. If we could see your current setup would probably help us make a better judgement

Great session today for posterior took some great rep progressions.
Felt strong today, I’m just not getting greedy with load progressions. One it will end up biting me in the arse with joint issues. It will cut runway for progression short and potentially let me slip with execution.
Filmed for the podcast this AM after boxing off cardio steps and client work so a full on day. But all good!
