Great session today for posterior took some great rep progressions.
Felt strong today, I’m just not getting greedy with load progressions. One it will end up biting me in the arse with joint issues. It will cut runway for progression short and potentially let me slip with execution.
Filmed for the podcast this AM after boxing off cardio steps and client work so a full on day. But all good!

So I’m pretty fresh. I just sent as part of the job. Do I like it? Not really. Am I used to it? Yes I have a routine. Shower before bed then jab or get pheebs to jab me.

Great start to the week. Push at 327.8lbs
Cardio this AM and dog walk. Client worked boxed off. Few training plans boxed tonight and a new starter plan finished. Had a few enquiries and his week to get through. Some exciting athlete to onboard.
Session was:-
Tricep push down x 3
Smith JM press x 2
Low incline smith x 2
Flat machine press x 2
Pec dec x 2
Machine lateral x 4
An crunch x 3I got back to 3 plate smith today for the first time in about 2 years. Not much for some. But for me a big win. That my old pec tear and shoulder issues are in a good spot. 7 reps felt easy enough room
To run this up!Busy day again tomorrow with the podcast and I will be training later which should be a right laugh!!

What is the electrolyte balance currently??
I would focus on….
Slightly drop GH to 8iu
Lower sodium slightly and replace with lo salt (higher potassium)So maybe go 6g pink salt 4g lo salt daily for example if your total is 10g
Make sure your magnesium intake is sufficient as that supports balance.
Telmisartan is also a good addition as it lowers aldosterone. Which will lower sodium retention, so less water,
This will help massively for me. Then you can start to work it back up.

Nice day yesterday trained arms fasted just with intra after going for a Turkish with the lads Friday night…..had a mega session just local.
Seated X body tricep extension 3 x 8-12
SA cable curl facing 3 x 8-12
Smith JM press 2 x 8-12
DB hammer curl 2 x 10-15
Over shoulder tricep extension 2 x 8-13
Dual low cable curl 2 x 10-15Then for a day at York Xmas markets did around 15k steps had a Yorkshire pudding turkey breast wrap. Was very good. And a few bits walking round.
Sunday check in day and rest day!!

Start at 0.5mg dosing once or twice weekly and assess tolerance and go from there.
There’s multiple dosing strategies I’ve tried once weekly, twice, 3 and even daily,
I found that 3 x weekly was nice…..
1.5mg weekly my max dosage was 3.5mg weekly I taper bio to this over 16-20 weeks
One persons dosing is not what you should try you need to find what suits you and your lifestyle

Well that’s a positive if it’s short and sharp. If your still progressing, and volume is high just be aware this probably will catch up with you soon especially if you get lean lean

Rest day today. Podcast recorded, client work, barbers….nice dog walk this AM up early for a busy day tomorrow as I have 2 consults tomorrow evening and have to get all work boxed off and train as me and pheebs are going to the cinema if we have time

In reality the CNS fatigue on heavier loading in the 5-8 rep ranges aswell as neural fatigue and joint stress is the issue of always doing that lower rep range for me.
In a 12-20 rep set you have more localised muscular fatigue…..metabolic fatigue.
So they can be equally taxing but in different ways.

Bodyweight still climbing 327lbs this AM feeling it morning bad way but just in a I’m 327lbs again way, and I feel like I’m on cycle. And I feel like I’m on 10iu GH
It’s actually a mega feeling. I know the body won’t just keep taking jumps like this it will hold at around 330lbs I feel, which is mental as I defo have slot of wiggle room food wise
