    I agree. If muscle retention is purely the goal you’re taking enough to retain muscle. If you want to trial something like running higher nandrolone then that’s completely your call to assess the response too buddy.

    This session feels right for me I felt strong, my triceps got nailed
    Early and didn’t take away from my
    Pressing if anything improved.

    Exactly what hilly said how do you feel, perform, recover? Because everyone’s slightly different.

    I’ve just worked out I need quite a lot of potassium per day for my weight and also my PED usage from looking into electrolyte levels a little more. And GH, insulin usage.

    My diet is quite high in potassium too.

    Peak hydration 500mg
    Hydration 2 servings 2200mg
    Lo salt 6g daily

    Banana
    Potatoes
    Mango
    Dates
    Avocado
    Beef
    Eggs
    Dark choc
    Chicken
    Whey iso

    Just some of the food sources….so adjust what you feel you need after you have worked out what you currently take in and then go from there bud

    Cardio and dog walk this AM so laptop work and some time with Oscar before we hit upper st s20 great session and always very valuable for my training and to just get a refresh.

    Then out for food for his evening for my birthday.

    Plenty of work to catch up on tomorrow but a chilled day as pheebs has a photo shoot so after off goes I will be dog dad for the day

    Legs today no cardio just dog walk. Sessions are getting better and better I may have taken legs a touch far today as my knee is now banging. So I have got to be sensible as strength increases.

    Took the piss Abit too much with leg extension and leg press loading wise. Which I clearly don’t need to pending an operation.

    Anyway 320lbs AM weight body wants to grow. Everything is good currently work has steadying off a touch which is nice!

    Picked Oscar up from the station tonight and we’re in for upper tomorrow

    Im very similar but once I get to 6iu I start splitting just preference to how I feel.

    But once you get up to 10iu plus the only way you find out is by trying and seeing what feels good for you

    Upper today! 320lbs this AM felt strong today on pressing everything is feeling a little lighter. And the connection and pump and fullness in the gym is noticeably better. I feel like I’m growing. That feeling I haven’t had for nearly a year. Which is nice. Until you have an extended period of time off you forget how good this feeling is.

    Lower tomorrow will stay local as I have a busy day of check ins tomorrow
