Awesome upper session at s20 today bodyweight still in the rise 312.2lbs this AM felt fine to tram but could still be a little inflamed.

Bodyweight was 310lbs this AM which is up 7lbs since Tuesday but I think it’s defo some inflammation from pull and then legs I was smashed today and needed the rest. Will go back in for upper tomorrow. It’s been a busy couple of weeks recently but coming to then end of the season now and I will have some more time on my hands which is nice to be able to

Both of those reasons. More control in the eccentric will cause greater stress on the muscle, and also it will be safer and more accurate. 3-4 seconds is a nice amount of time on the negative.

Another rammed day today client work this AM then up to EP jungle to train legs with a client and in person check in. Few posing tweaks made and very happy with what we have done in a couple of weeks pulled 5kg off with 1.5 weeks out before Japan. So let’s see what we can do to finish the job!
Legs are smoked rest day tomorrow and a good catch up on work…..

A small amount of sucralose or stevia is fine. I don’t have a lot to be fair I have not even 1g of flavour powder in my black coffee and then whatever is in whey and COR whatever doesn’t affect your digestion I’m good with

Evening guys back from a hectic weekend in Romania. But a really good bodybuilding weekend. Got lots of work done and was great to see Richie bring his best package to date.
We’re in for 1 more round this weekend in Denmark and then it’s time to shut it down and get back to growing whatever the result!!
Can’t wait to get back into routine tomorrow. Cardio, steps, training. New split in place. Which I’m excited about. Ready to get the ball rolling now!

Great day today in Romania Richie brought an incredible package very happy with what we were able to do in 2 weeks between shows. I learnt a lot how his body responds over the last 36 hours which is why being here in person was vital so I could assess how much fluid, food, sodium needed and if we need to use any pharmaceutical diuretics. The look couldn’t have been much better. Taking a very close 2nd in a class of 11 to the eventual pro card winner.
It’s coming it’s just a matter of time!
Tomorrow is pro show and training!!

Evening from Romania guys, 2nd day in Romania today with Richie from the team.
Yesterday after feeding hard at the start of week we pulled back for the flight as Richie tends to hold a little fluid. But we wasn’t worried as we knew this would drop off with the plan laid out.
So today he woke up at 86.2kg after 400g carbs and 4.5 litres today with a flush massage from Monika he was 84.8kg so dropping as the day guys. I added an extra 100g carbs in to see through until the end of the day 80g fats for the day and 200g protein 5 litres of fluid + 600ml from COR meals and a coffee. So 6 litres total.
We will wake dry and hard tomorrow with around 200g carb going in pre stage and 1-1.5litres water based in the look.
I havent trained yesterday or today. I will more than likely take the rest days whilst I’m out here. Steps have been 10k plus and I’ve had lots of work and 3/4 new enquiries to get sorted with guys competing over the weekend also

Rest day today. A very busy day podcast recording and lots of client work to box off. Bodyweight is climbing daily as expected. I will have a few big weeks of gain I feel.
Legs are in bits from legs. Best session I had in a while.
Flying to Romania tomorrow for the show and hoping to bring Richie in at his best yet!! Looking forward to seeing him up there see what we can do!
