Rest day today 292.4lbs after leg day – and although it was a very steady leg day my legs are fucking fucked! Hahaha! Ive missed this feeling. They have got worse as the day has gone on.
20 mins cardo and 2 little walks with the dogs to loosen them up and just a chilled day and some work done. Ready for an early night back in for upper tomorrow!!

I agree 8-12 weeks you won’t have major suppression. And if you have nutrition set up right you should be fine.
Anything over 25 and for a longer period of time I would look at tapering but in your case I would just come off

First leg day in 14 weeks today and loved it. Very very careful but it felt great.
291.4lbs this AM so 27.8lbs down since the start of the diet. Don’t get me wrong I don’t look like I did last time I was this weight which was my stage weight for Texas. But all part of the process. I will be back where I was and surpass that physique I have zero doubts. Once my knee and fertility phase is sorted!

Another drop today 293.4lbs mental to think this is what I went on stage at last year. And I don’t look stage ready thats for sure. But part of the journey! Had a great session today and I’m going to try and do some legs tomorrow as not training them is really doing me in. So just getting some blood in there even with a little bit of pain I don’t mind until my op.
That’s the plan!
1 week until we go away to Greece for a week and I’m very ready for some sun! And a chill with pheebs

Are you not using anything currently? And just adding anavar?
It will improve the look if you are lean enough for sure. My preference is wisntrol in terms of look, anavar I like for performance and a touch of fullness.
25mg of each would be nice if your lean enough.

294.6lbs this AM big drop after weight has been stubborn this week. It done anything different sometimes you just have to be patient.
Very busy start to the week. But a good one. Nice push session to start the week. I’ve got pull tomorrow and an in person check in with a client Nd then I’m going to try legs on Wednesday very light I’m just so sick of not training legs I just want to put some blood in there. I will see how it goes….
Back up and at it for a very busy Tuesday my busiest check in day of the week!

You would just be counting the macros from egg whites regardless? So you would just have as many whites as you need to hit the protein goal you need for that meal?

I think Jordan and Meg have given some great practical advice here buddy.
As Jordan states if you have an hereditary issue, which it looks possible with the signs and what you are currently doing it’s going to be hard but not impossible to keep under control, so that’s when seeking medical advice and consulting with a doctor.

Check in day today with Cal and he’s happy bodyweight average down from 297.6 to 297.1 although I ended the week heavier than I started, we think due to the change in GH to fully having omnitrope in. As the look is defo fuller and leaner.
So the goal is to just keep chipping away not rushing anything here. As things are taking shape nicely and everything feels pretty comfortable currently.
Today was cardio, dog walk, in person check in then Pheebs family BBQ. Then we have just got in bed for an early night

Multiple reason people prefer it buddy or why you may relive carbs from there first I’m a prep setting. Which is my first port of call for carbs to come out in that meal.
Better fat burning potential not having carbs in meal 1 as it can encourage the body to use fat as its primary fuel source for a few hours, especially if steps/cardio are done fasted or pre first carb meal.
Stable energy levels as you don’t have the spike and crash from carbs first thing. Which some people prefer and have better mental clarity and cognitive function in the morning!
Insulin sensitivity benefits….digestion benefits me
It’s always going to be personal preference.
I like pro fats meal 1….but some people don’t.
Phase dependant try it and see how you feel. It’s always going to be calories in and calories out.
As long as you have carbs fuelling performance around the workout window

Dog walk and cardio done this AM bodyweight up a couple of lbs after meal off.
But also ive switched GH to full omnitrope this week which may be why my weight has held.
Then finished check ins and went to watch chesterfield okay with my pal.
Back home trained arms, delts and calves and then did some shopping. Few bits on the laptop and then chilled evening watching boxing

Just arrange the meals accordingly to where your pre and post training meals are always the same no matter what order they are placed in
