I think the guys have nailed this….I worked up to 12iu and once I went over that it got to the point I had tos car it back down a touch.
That was last year. I’ve been running on between 4-8iu for the last 6/7 months but once I’m back ready to go I will move it up again

Another great day in the sun, the hotel is very very nice. We are really enjoying the chill. Although I still have some 16k steps today. Been for 2 good walks down the beach and then with walking around the hotel you rack them up quite quickly,
Trained this AM around 8:30am after meal 1 and then went back for round 2 about an hour after sunbathing.
It is sometimes difficult when your normally so regimented being out of routine but it’s defo needed and I’m getting better at it. It’s a work in progress, but it won’t derail my progress. I will be fresh and ready to crack on when home!

Woke up this AM with some digestive issues, which was a little rough. So didn’t train u til this evening, I let my gut settle and then went for a walk down the beach font boxed about 5k steps before eating breakfast.
Then it was sunbathing, chilling, swimming and the trained legs at 6:30 before we went out for evening meal,
Met a nice couple from wales who we sat and had a good chat with!!
Leg session was:-
Seated ham curl x 3
Leg extension x 3
SL press x 2
Glute drive x 2
Split squat x 2Arms circuit to finish….

Unilateral work will help, but what I would do what I got from Jordan is go to failure on your strong side with a load achievable for your weaker side. And force the weaker side to adapt by using rest pause sets to match reps and beyond
Also have you figured the root cause of the imbalance?

First full day today for pheebs birthday in Crete. Lovely chilled day, some nice little walks, sunbathing plenty of good food.
And had a little gym session this AM just full upper to get see what they had so we will do lower tomorrow then rest then will do push, pull, legs there’s plenty enough to do a decent session and I always like training fasted on holiday.
We will have a rest Sunday and we are playing padel
We had a birthday cake delivered to the room too today! The hotel is very nice and the food is great

Holiday travel day today! Work up around 4:45am and did check in until 6:30am me and pheebs then took the dogs out for half an hour before finish work to get ready for the airport, easy travel down. A little shopping in duty free. And then we boarded an hour delay on the runway. Landed safe and sound and it’s hot!!!
We went for a little wonder around the hotel and grounds grabbed a bite to eat and then got in bed for an early night ready for our first day of sun

Better again today 5 solid meals in. And bowels are now functioning like normal. Fully hydrated and feeling about 85/90% perfect timing for our holiday tomorrow.
I will get back into training on holiday just for some movement in a morning as always
Depending on the gym setup at the hotel I will do upper, lower or some fashion.
A busy day getting all check ins boxed off same as tomorrow before we go to the airport.
Just athlete check ins whilst I’m away in the morning. Then a full day of chilling with pheebs

As the guys say this will be bloodwork dependant. Most will be fine with once daily dosing but I have split with some clients for example 12.5/12.5mcg AM & Midday

Better again today, alot more hydrated and feel more myself. I was still drained this AM but as food has stayed down and Ive hydrated well Ive come around more as the day has gone on.
4 meals again today I could have done 5 but didn’t want to push it….
I am gagging to get back in the gym so I know I feel better, as I wanted to right my new training logbook out.
So thats a big positive

283lbs this AM after dropping 14lbs overnight from the increased sodium in the IV drips. Feel a lot better in myself today not right yet still very drained and weak, but I feel alive at least. My bowel movements have slowed down a hell of alot and Im holding fluid down well. So positive signs had 3 meals today
scrambled eggs on sourdough with a banana
2 x chicken a rice with 100g melon & banana
will repeat another meal today.Then tomorrow will go back to 5 meals and then 6 and start adding something like COR and whey back in if my digestion allows.
had at least 5 litres of water and hydration so far, got another 2 litres plus to get in.
It is what it is. I feel so small and weak, and skinny.
But it is what it is I will be back.
All Lypos are out for a week or so now. The aim is to get recovered and get some baseline level of bodyweight back before we can dig on a little more. Still wont be going back on cycle until our fertility phase is done and my knee op is sorted. SO its just time and patience until I can send it again!

Evening guys sorry been MIA had the roughest 48 hours for a long time. Started with a stomach virus 🦠 early house Saturday AM right through into Sunday AM
It left me severely dehydrated and I end up having to go into A&E they have put me on 5 IV drips 3 rounds of bloods. I’ve been discharged after some rough look bloods and kidney values this AM
But I’m still no where near 100% im still going to the toilet pretty regular which could last for a good few days yet.
I dropped from 292.8lbs to 275.4lbs in just over 24 hours.
Then with the amount of sodium I’ve had in those drips which is 9-10g (3.5g sodium) + dyoralites around 50-60g salt today plus other electrolytes I was 297lbs when I got home and felt like I’d done a show rebound.
This should drop off over the next few days but it’s been rough….
The aim now is to rest up for a good few days and slowly rehydrate and get some food back in. And just get recovered before me and Pheebs go away, another set back but not for long. We crack on!

Correct sustain has fructose and vitargo added to increase carbohydrate efficiency alongside hydration products.
This sits perfectly for me as does performance fuel which is straight cyclic dextrin.
Some have a little harder time with sustain. So it’s down to affordability and preference.
Both do the job perfectly.
Both go well with EAA’s although I drink my EAA’s seperate in one go midway through the session
