    I agree with Jordan here. I have adapted what fits me the best over the years Ive tried higher protein, Ive tried lower protein, I now like a balance of around 1.25g per lb of BW for some I push it to 1.5g per lb with clients depending on size and digestion.

    The rest of your calories will come from what you feel and perform best with. I like moderate fats around 0.3g per lb of bodyweight sometime depending on the physique up 0.5g per lb of BW

    Then Carbs based on needs depending on the foods. But always the majority around the workout window

    completely dependant what your goals are buddy?

    For me TRT for well being alongside some GH, BPC, TB etc at 55 is absolutely what I will be doing…..

    I will maybe dependant where I am still in my journey still do some smaller low dose cycles here an there, TRT+ maybe a little Mast/Primo + low dose nandrolone. around 500mg total is what I would be doing personally.

    But again this is all very person, goal, bloodwork, risk/reward dependant

    297.4lbs this AM so another little nudge down in BW condition moving forward Pull and biceps nothing to failure and scaled load a touch. I was a little tired today due to less sleep with the concert last night. Just about to nip round the block for another 1k steps to box my 12k.

    Last meal and then bed!

    Push tomorrow, then I have posterior and also my MRI scan Friday. We keep chipping away

    Long day today just got back from Manchester….rest day today as it’s my busiest check in day we were off to Manchester to see drake. So didn’t want to rush a session so got all worked boxed off and 2 dog walks. 15k steps done today. Will stay in bed an hour longer and then get work done before training locally tomorrow to be fully back on track

    Busy day today! Check ins, content filmed, training. Meeting with the accountant, more work just logged off after finish steps for the day which are now at 12k

    BW 298lbs this AM but weighed in a little earlier so I expect a drop this week….

    What does you arms and delts day look like?

    Also curious if you feel you’ll regain all your previous size once you reintroduce anabolics at their former dosing? I’m sure a good amount of the loss during this time frame is just fullness from glycogen, etc…

    Hey bud my arms and delts session is pretty low volume buddy. It’s actually just arms and calves but I threw some delts in this weekend as I was away at a hotel and didn’t have my usual set up,

    Seated calves x 2
    Standing calves x 2
    JM press x 2
    Cross body extension x 2
    SA preacher x 2
    Dual low cable curl x 2
    Abs x 3

    I mean I haven’t trained legs for nearly 3 months, and I have been off cycle since February so there will be some tissue lost.

    But I think my body will be very responsive after this amount of time off. And I will respond very well once everything is done and dusted ready to start making progress again.

    So yes the goal is to regain and surpass my previous level of muscle. I will have a good go regardless, I don’t think I will need to go as high for a while dosage wise. Which will be nice to get a response from less

    Evening guys new low this AM 297.4lbs

    30 mins fasted treadmill

    In person check ins. The client consult

    Dog walk and then me and pheebs went to Meadowhall and to look at a new car. A little more work done this evening l. Anyone who said being an online coach you get a day off isn’t doing it right. There’s always work to be done! Now off to bed!

    Just pick movements that feel good, you can be as stable as possible and you can progress. You dont need to over complicate it.

    If you havent got machines. Pick 1-2 presses, incline and flat, smith/BB/DB – then pick a dip and a fly seated, lying, standing cable or incline, flat DB

    Great day today was really nice to spend some time with Pheebs this AM without the laptop.

    We woke up had a coffee in bed, went to train arms & delts together in the hotel gym which was a health spa with a very decent set up perfect for arms & delts. then we had a steam room, sauna and then showered up had breakfast at the hotel and then we went for a walk around the grounds before heading home.

    Finished work off and now time to chill and take the dogs out for another walk

    long day but a nice day today! Trained fasted on intra carbs for posterior. Really good session, then we have been at a wedding all day.

    Just got in bed and we are up
    For cardio in the AM at the hotel gym. A sauna have meal 1 and then back home to finish off work for the weekend and chill for the evening

    1) Do you implement GLP1s with your clients? If so, can you think of any scenario where you wouldn’t want to implement one during contest prep?

    So GLP’s I was dead against them when they first came out just for the fact I have always thought that bodybuilding is about discipline and being able to
    Suffer. And for me and most they can do that with great success. I have defo become more open minded. And there are certain cases I would implement them and have. 3 scenarios now all post show based to control the reverse rather than in prep.

    But there is a case that I would use in prep to help with the deficit tolerance. Sleep retention and not waking up restless, stressed, sleepless night.

    I wouldn’t just use it for the sake….

    And someone who takes a lot of food to fill. May have some issues being able to one get the food in required and potentially slow down digestion in a load. So that would potentially become problematic. That’s why I’m trialling it myself.

    For me 0.25mg EOD microdosed currently and have just started noticing the affects. Literally zero food noise. I eat because it’s time to eat and can easily finish my meals but I’m satiated. I could also easily take food down a large amount here and be comfortable.

    Top 3 predictions for Tampa….wow what a show this is pretty impossible to get right.

    But…..I think there may be a few surprises but I gonna give you top 5

    Rest day today!

    Podcast recording, client work, dog walks. in person check ins. weight is holding around the 300lbs mark now but feeling tighter but not super flat considering which is a positive. Excited to get back in the gym tomorrow.

    First day I have felt the Reta today in terms of food noise, hunger has been very minimal. Ive been very satiated. Back in for push tomorrow at s20 as I have alot on tomorrow. Will be trainign early Friday AM as we are at a wedding all day
