Rest day today! It was a hot one. Dog walk this AM started me client work, tip run, been to b & q for some garden bits! Then me and pheebs have been for meal with friends tonight which was really nice

Pull today with a client….ive increased my morning walk from this AM to as around 50 mins this Morning and a very busy day with new starters and a consult on top of in person check ins

Woke up 319lbs this AM time to start tidying things up over this next 10 weeks or so….
Dog walk then in person client check in.
Check ins then trained at 11:30am arms & delts today, good little session. had a sports massage PWO then back to the laptop for some work.
Dog walk again after meal 5 then settling down before getting an early night,
The AC unit is out in the bedroom which makes a massive difference with getting to sleep at night!

I agree with Alison my first thought is focus on recovery maintenance calories as a minimum.
Then focus on driving for some fat loss again once your recovered

Chloe has nailed it. I’ve never done a diet break….Usually this is done in a very long Oreo or fat loss phase. When someone has got a lot of bodyfat to lose IMO.
I’ve had 1 client this year do a diet break as his prep will be 24+ weeks and that’s a long time to be consistently in a deficit and high days just won’t do the job.

Push today very good session, today I noticed a few bits of not being “on cycle” a little beat up from pull yesterday.
And then I had to shift my incline smith to the exercise 3 instead of 2 and normally on cycle this wouldn’t be an issue I would have still matched load and took a progression or matched today after 1st press I was 5kg a side down and 2 reps down.
