Posterior today as I have chest & triceps with a client tomorrow
A decent session but even noticeable knee pain and instability now with pulls from the floor and ham curls. Positives I’m in for my knee appointment on the 25th of the month to see the consultant surgeon again. And discuss POA moving forward.

My preference is upper lower but I agree with the guys. And the educational videos here or on the TBJP YouTube would be great to watch

Rest day today a new client set up this AM and sent over took the dogs on a nice walk, then went over to see friends for an hour or so. They are looking to use arnie as a stud dog for there blue Staffy bitch who’s beautiful they will make some fantastic pup.
Then back home I fell asleep on the sofa for an hour. How Sundays should be and then me and pheebs are going to chill for the evening. I’m currently right a new split up without training quads for a few weeks time if my knee improves with some rest because it’s feeling shite at the minute

Rest day and another show day today for me. Went to Newcastle this AM for a client and friends new gym opening. Trained arms with Jimmy. Then over to Bradford for the NABBA Britain where my client won class 1& the overall title. So another successful weekend
Got a few it’s to tidy up work wise tomorrow and then me and pheebs will be having a chilled day!

Frustrating leg day again. My knee just isn’t playing ball. Which is very frustrating. It’s got worse these last few weeks and I’m in some pain post legs.
So I am going to speak to my
Consultant again ASAP as I have an open appointment. I thought I could get away without surgery but if I want to progress and get my leg back to where it was something needs doing. I have been operating at around 50% I’d say of where I can be on my leg training for nearly a year. So if keyhole surgery and a couple of months rehab to get back to 90% then I’ll take it because it just puts me in a shit mood every time I do legs session starts well and then just goes Down hill due to pain and Not being able to perform any exercises how I want.So we will get back in and see what they say about next steps this would be the best time to get it done so that will be the decided when I get back in

Busy day today recorded another episode of the podcast in our new studio which was class….
Then back home for some work and to take Arnie to the vets as he has a ulcer in his eye, and it was very sore. So hes on 2 different eye drops twice daily now.
Then later than planned a back workout which felt really good regardless trained at my local gym 2 mins round corner.
SA machine pulldown 2 x 6-10 – rest pause on 2nd
Smith machine row 10 x 4 10 seconds rest
low pulley row 1 x 6-10, 1 x cluster set
upper back pulldown 1 x 6-10, 1 x 10-12 + dropset then TUT work
rear delt fly 4 x 10-15 45 secs rest between sets
dual bicep curl 4 x 10-15 45 seconds rest between setsDid the job perfectly!

I think your routine is pretty solid – Have you got space and affordability for a spin bike at home? You can get some decent ones pretty cheap ex commercial gym or even amazon
If you are transitioning out of a diet into off season you can start tapering your cardio down. So you could do cardio at home drop back to 30 mins and you save on travel.
Your post work schedule is what it is with work currently so the only way I see you time saving here to get to bed earlier is if your training set up slightly changes so that your sessions arent 2.5 hours So more of a body part split. But if your enjoying how you train and progressing then don.t change it just understand that this is what you currently have to do to make it work. So the saving will come with not travelling to the gym in the AM for me. So you can sleep more and get what you need to get done at home bud

I agree with Jordan here in terms of needing some test to cover the EQ everyone responds differently but EQ smashed my E2 even with a 1:1 ratio of test so I’d be more inclined to go
250-350 test
350-450 EQ
700 nandroloneBut again as we always say this is individual and based on how you feel & perform. It’s trial and error. Jordan responds and performs incredibly well on low test and high nandrolone.
I can get away with higher testosterone. And operate well when my e2 is higher.
So you could try it and adjust as needed. And maybe get some bloods done to see where you sit hormonally at whichever specific stack you go with

Hey bud this depends on how many days you can train but a body part split would definitely be my preference here and you can also condense work into supersets, or intensifiers or timed rest periods on isolation exercises too for efficiency.
A Dorian split is pulls also work nicely here
