Great start to the week a busy day at the laptop this AM 20 check ins done. Morning dog walk and then Chest & triceps with a touch up on side delts
Session was:-
flat machine press x 2 – rest pause on 2nd
Low incline smith x 2 – cluster set on 2nd
inc DB press x 2 – straight sets
Standing cable fly x 4 – straight sets
Lying EZ cable tricep extension x 2 – straight sets
straight bar pushdown x 4 – straight sets
SA tricep extension x 2 – rest pause on 2nd
Machien laterals x 3 – straight setsPosterior tomorrow with Felly who’s a few days out from show 3 of the year and ready to rock again!

I like a preacher, a cable, a high curl or concentration curl for variations

Rest day today and another client show blade finished his season today with a 2nd at the 2bros regional in wales….
Once home we had to take the dog to the vet as she has been sick around 10 x this evening so she’s been for check up and had an anti sickness shot.
She’s hopefully just going to sleep it off tonight

Again with everything it’s all individual but for the most fat will be kept low around the workout

Rope tricep extension x 4Went for food tonight with pheebs mum and dad for her dads birthday which was nice.
Rest day tomorrow at a client show in wales so another long day but we are aiming to bring another solid package in his 4th show. A very late one we only decided to do the show Thursday but we’re on track!

I literally said this on the video on the site today. Enjoyment is going to be the fundamental of how you train.
Today I did rest pauses, cluster sets, drop sets and some straights sets.
Jordan programmed my training in 2017 which had rest pauses, muscle rounds etc in area I wanted to drive more volume to areas he thought needed to bring up.

Rest day today 20 mins cardio, a nice long dog walk this AM after a long day at the laptop. A trip to the barbers and a trip to the vets Also.

Sorry to hear that your knee is in ‘rag order’ big dog.
You have always struck me as someone who is an incredibly positive person so I’m confident that this won’t drag you down too much.
Whilst I can’t comment on what this must be like for a pro athlete, I’ve always adopted the position to focus on what you can do, or can control.
You’re taking steps to get this resolved, so hopefully you will get some answers soon and then get back to ‘full speed’ 😉

Primo is not just a pre contest drug. I’ve used primo all off seasons before. And my preference is primo over EQ after using both.
EQ tanked my E2 and I got anxiety from it. I was running a higher dose than 500.
Its personal preference. All drugs work. All drugs have side affects. It’s what you tolerate and feel good on.

Contemplating weather run a tidy up or not at this point. Just to give me something to focus on whilst me knee is shite.
