    A busy day again peaking guys for this weekend.

    A long dog walk and a great push session.

    Flat machine press x 2
    Low incline smith x 2
    SA side material x 3
    Seated cable fly x 3
    Rope extension x 3
    Ab crunch x 3

    All guys checked in and full to the brim for the evening so we can cruise in tomorrow.

    For 1 guy on at 11:30-12 in Exeter , 1 guy 2pm in wales, 1 guy 7pm in Spain. So another busy day!

    Up early to set off to the show all food prepped so time for bed

    I would do Exactly the same as Sara has recommended. I do exactly the same myself

    I have a COR meal pre workout which I keeping my NTD diet and a white fish rice and fruit PWO and I keep exactly the same as a meal on NTD just adjust carb amounts if needed

    Rest day today

    45 mins walk this AM with the dogs after lots of check ins through the day with clients competing this weekend. Very happy with where everyone is at. Gonna be a solid weekend all round.

    Push on the cards tomorrow after meal 1 so I can be back to peak clients for Sunday I’m travelling to the show Sunday which will be a long drive so early night and up bright and early

    Upper today with my client Craig who’s 10 days out from his warm up show next weekend. Looking mega. Energy low as expected at this stage but we are just toggling with condition for a couple of days until we start to load early then back off.

    Decent session at flex n tone, had a good catch up with Niall who’s looking insane.

    Rest day tomorrow plenty of work to be done back in for my normal rotation from Saturday!

    This can vary massively buddy – class dependant, experience level. Also you always have to ask the athlete what is your risk v reward set at? Because there are risks associated. So what are they willing to risk regards fertility, natural suppression, virilization etc etc to potentially reap the rewards from physique development. Then you can base your design around that. The main thing for me regards female stack design is not always the dose but length of exposure. and always looking at the lower androgenic compounds. anavar, primo, then maybe test at HRT level once you go down that route multiple times

    Very busy day today! Up at 5am few athlete check up ins. Then cardio then more athlete check ins until 8am Meal 1 then an in person check in.

    Got 3 guys on stage this weekend so very busy couple of days coming up and 4 guys up next weekend maybe 5

    Had a hair cut, trained legs, then a massage on the upper, great session today. Back to the laptop for some more work and a consultation. And not long been finished one of those days where yes it’s busy, but being busy is a Privelage.

    0.5lbs a week is a great average. some weeks will be more some weeks it wont move. But thats fine. slow and steady. You may have a little faster rise out the back of a diet but this is ok. If you gain 1lb a week for the first month thats perfect. Then it will slow down and just adjust as needed. Based on body composition and training performance

    Hey buddy so I think 100% you should be gradually increasing your food, and also potentially drop cardio down to maybe 20 mins daily. 5 solid weight session per week.

    You eat 5 times daily and your 88kg (193lbs) I would spread your protein evenly across 5 meals and aim for 1.25g per lb of bodyweight and see how that feels initially. 240g protein. around 45-50g per meal

    I would personally go with:-

    500g carb
    240g protein
    65g fat

    3500 kcals just over to start with an initial drop in output

    Meal 1 – 48g protein 75g carb 20g fat
    Meal 2 – 48g protein 100g carb 10g fat (pre workout)
    Meal 3 – 48g protein 150g carb 5g fat (post workout)
    Meal 4 – 48g protein 100g carb 10g fat
    Meal 5 – 48g protein 75g carb 20g fat

    Use food sources that digest well. See how this goes for a couple of weeks then adjust from there as needed.

    Afternoon guys, Just back from the gym fantastic pull session today really solid session strength was great and everything moved well.

    upperback pulldown 3 x 6-10
    Prime upperback row 3 x 8-12
    Prime SA lat row 3 x 6-10
    rear delts, dual bicep curl, ab crunch – combo set 3 sets each 10-15 reps

    Off for another dog walk once Ive been through some more work stuff as the weather is perfect and I loev getting out with the dogs when its like this!
