Have you checked Evals website? they have locations nationwide
I know they have Bolton, morecombe they also do mobile visits to gym locations weekly if you check there instagram, they also do postal testing

A very busy day at the laptop today. I’m taking 2 days rest from the gym as I felt an illness coming on yesterday. And I was coughing up some nasty stuff this AM and I have bloodwork due on Wednesday so to give the most accurate results and me not be absolutely smashed I thought it would be sensible.
Still took the dogs out for some Vit D for 40 mins this AM and then did 3 x 600m rows this AM as I have b en laptop bound from 6am until basically now.
Nearly 20 check ins. 2 new starters and multiple peak weeks to organise.
Another busy one tomorrow! It exciting times ahead.

So the answers above around hydration and electrolytes are there bud. And you have answered your own questions around gym gear. Wear what you feel comfortable in. And just get comfortable with sweating more. Or find a gym that’s got good air con.
I sweat heavy especially in the summer months. It’s just about dealing with it. Take a spare T shirt change it half way through the session. Or take a towel

Evening guys long day today at the first show of the season. Client taking 3rd in a great line up and massive improvements on last year.
Some work this evening when I got home, then a seminar on female PED usage in the sport.
Feel like I’m getting ill this evening really bunged up and banging head. Hopefully settles with some sleep tomorrow

Evening guys. Rest day today for me.
Nice dog walk this AM, loads of client work, mowed the grass front and back, and did my HIIT session at the gym 6 x 2 minute rounds of bagwork.
Tomorrow Im training push with a client and in person check in…. Who will be 3 & 4 weeks out from first shows of the season. Then sunday Im in Coventry for the first show of the season.

Agree with Rich 30-40lbs gain as a ball park if your starting lean lean prep lean. If not then obviously you haven’t got as much scope.
All based of the start point, some people can push for longer 26+ some people will be 16-20 weeks. If your a natural 0.5-1lb per week nice and steady over a longer period as long as digestion, appetite etc allows, but again common sense applied some weeks will be more. Some weeks you won’t gain.

Evening guys! Leg day today up early for athlete check ins and cardio, then finished off my other check ins and got a great leg session in!

Evening guys Rest day today. Lots of client check ins and an in person + podcast recording for the bigdogcast
Legs tomorrow – with how busy I am currently I will be looking at taking on another coach very soon. To expand the team which is exciting.
Will be up early for cardio tomorrow then legs once work has been boxed off. Will rest again friday and train saturday with a client at 3 weeks out and in person. Then first show of the season starts on Sunday!!

Whats your current diet set up? Whats your current body composition and do you have your bloodwork?
Are you currently in a diet phase?
Have you ruled out other potential causes? stress (cortisol) low iron or ferritin? Any gut issues?
Do you utilise high days and refeeds during a diet phase?
I wouldnt rule out T4 & T3 at replacement dose but Probably need some more info before just saying yes crack on
